  • Patent number: 10511835
Abstract: Method and apparatus of video coding using decoder derived motion information based on bilateral matching or template matching are disclosed. According to one method, an initial motion vector (MV) index is signalled in a video bitstream at an encoder side or determined from the video bitstream at a decoder side. A selected MV is then derived using bilateral matching, template matching or both to refine an initial MV associated with the initial MV index. In another method, when both MVs for list 0 and list 1 exist in template matching, the smallest-cost MV between the two MVs may be used for uni-prediction template matching if the cost is lower than the bi-prediction template matching. According to yet another method, the refinement of the MV search is dependent on the block size. According to yet another method, merge candidate MV pair is always used for bilateral matching or template matching.

  • Patent number: 10458151
Abstract: A method for simultaneously controlling a plurality of door locks under emergency includes utilizing a control device to connect with the door locks. The control device simultaneously set the door locks to a locking state or an unlocked state through physical connection with or disconnection from an unlocking device. When the unlocking device is removed, the control device enters a first priority emergency state, such that all door locks are set to the locking state and lose unlocking authority. A computer or a smart mobile device can be used to set a second priority emergency state when the unlocking device is identified as being correct, such that all door locks are set to the locking state and lose the unlocking authority. One or more door locks within a certain range can be set by a remote controller into the locking state and lose the unlocking authority.

  • Publication number: 20190318432
Abstract: A management method includes selecting a consumption object among a plurality of consumption objects through a network by a consumer. The consumer is then guided to input an identification information including at least one biological feature of the consumer. The consumer is guided to execute an electronic payment to pay the charge when the identification information is complete. An order packet including the identification information and the consumption object is sent to a management end after the electronic payment. An authorization information is generated based on the identification information after the management end confirms the order packet is correct. The consumer reaching the consumption object inputs a real-time unlocking information. A solid electronic lock mounted to the consumption object is unlocked when the real-time unlocking information matches with the authorization information.

  • Patent number: 10275963
Abstract: An anti-theft control system includes an electronic key and anti-theft equipment. The electronic key includes a display. The electronic key carries out a first identification step to decide the display whether to show an authentication information related to a user of the electronic key. An image pick-up device of the anti-theft equipment reads the authentication information on the display and determines whether to release the anti-theft state. If the electronic key is lost, a person picking up the electronic key cannot pass the verification of the first identification step and, thus, cannot use the electronic key to control the anti-theft equipment. An anti-theft control method can be carried out using the anti-theft control system.

  • Patent number: 10147254
Abstract: A method for wirelessly charging and unlocking an electric lock includes automatically connecting a portable unlocking device with an electric lock when a distance therebetween is smaller than an activation range. The electric lock compares a first identification information in the portable unlocking device with a first authorized identification information in the electric lock. If not matched, the electric lock is disconnected from the portable unlocking device. If matched, the electric lock transmits a charging request signal to the portable unlocking device to charge a battery in the electric lock. Next, the electric lock outputs an awakening signal to the portable unlocking device to awaken a lock control program in the portable unlocking device. Then, a user of the portable unlocking device instantly inputs a second identification information for comparison with second authorized identification information in the electric lock. If matched, the electric lock is unlocked.

  • Patent number: 10060161
Abstract: An inner operating device for a door lock is mounted to an inner side of a door and includes a first detecting member electrically connected to an electric driving device. A second detecting member is mounted in a latch device of the door lock. When the first detecting member detects an external force applied to the inner operating device, the electric driving device is activated, and the latch is moved to the unlatching position. When the latch device is set to be in a locked state or an unlocked state, the second detecting device outputs a signal to a lighting device to emit light for indicating the locked or unlocked state. In another example, the lighting device emits light of a first color when the latch device is in the locked state and emits light of a second color when the latch device is in the unlocked state.
