    Abstract: Provided is an interferometer for inspecting a test sample. The interferometer includes: a light source for providing a light beam; a beam splitting element, splitting the light beam into first and second incident light, wherein the first incident light is reflected by the test sample into first reflection light; a reflecting element, reflecting the second incident light into second reflection light; an optical detection element, receiving the first and the second reflection light into an interference signal; and a signal processing module, coupled to the optical detection element, for performing spatial differential calculation on the interference signal to generate a demodulation image of the test sample.

    Abstract: In a method for determining a position of a first electronic device including a first touch screen relative to a second electronic device including a second touch screen, a communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is established. When a user slides an object from the first touch screen to the second touch screen, a departure touch point and a departure time that the object departs from the first touch screen, an arrival touch point and an arrival time that the object arrives at the second touch screen are obtained. If a difference between the departure time and the arrival time falls within a specified range, the position of the first electronic device is determined. The position of the first electronic device is stored into a storage system of the first electronic device.

Several movable members are slidably mounted on the linear rail. The bottom section of the movable member abuts against the head section of an adjacent movable member. The bottom section of each movable member is formed with a working slope. The working slope and the linear rail define a notch. The multiple-laminated magnetic layer is used to record data. The non-magnetic CoCr-based spacerII layer is used to enhance preferred orientation and lattice matching between the upper magnetic layer and the spacer layer.
