  • Patent number: 11944724
Abstract: Systems and methods related to polymer foams are generally described. Some embodiments relate to compositions and methods for the preparation of polymer foams, and methods for using the polymer foams. The polymer foams can be applied to a body cavity and placed in contact with, for example, tissue, injured tissue, internal organs, etc. In some embodiments, the polymer foams can be formed within a body cavity (i.e., in situ foam formation). In addition, the foamed polymers may be capable of exerting a pressure on an internal surface of a body cavity and preventing or limiting movement of a bodily fluid (e.g., blood, etc.).

  • Publication number: 20240104125
Abstract: There are provided solutions for multiagent debate. In a method, a first and a second response representation are determined by a first and a second agent in a plurality of agents based on a first query representation for a query in a natural language, respectively, and the first and second response representations are convertible to a first and a second answer to the query in the natural language, respectively. A second query representation is obtained based on the first query representation, and at least one of the first and second response representations. A response representation is determined based on the second query representation by at least one of the first and second agents, and the response representation is convertible to an answer to the query in the natural language. These agents communicate in an embedding space without a conversion between a natural language format and an embedding format.

  • Publication number: 20240101118
Abstract: In various examples, live perception from sensors of a vehicle may be leveraged to detect and classify intersections in an environment of a vehicle in real-time or near real-time. For example, a deep neural network (DNN) may be trained to compute various outputs—such as bounding box coordinates for intersections, intersection coverage maps corresponding to the bounding boxes, intersection attributes, distances to intersections, and/or distance coverage maps associated with the intersections. The outputs may be decoded and/or post-processed to determine final locations of, distances to, and/or attributes of the detected intersections.

  • Publication number: 20240107123
Abstract: System and devices for live captioning events is disclosed. The system may receive event calendar data and a first plurality of caption files and preselect a first caption file based on the event calendar data. The system may then access an audiovisual recorder of a user device, and receive a first feedback from the recorder. The system may then determine whether the first caption file matches the first feedback. When there is a match, the system may determine a first synchronization between the caption file and the feedback. When there is no match, the system may determine if there is a match with a second caption file of the first plurality of caption files and determine a second synchronization. When the second caption file does not match, the system may receive at least a third caption file over a mobile network and determine a third synchronization for display.

  • Publication number: 20240106866
Abstract: In some aspects, a computing system may use a machine learning model to determine whether a computer security policy should be modified to reduce the likelihood of a cyber security incident. Through the use of a machine learning model, unsafe combinations of access grants or permissions may be identified and modified to prevent cyber security incidents from occurring. The computing system may input a representation of a computer security policy into a machine learning model, which has been trained on a dataset that includes representations of computer security policies. The computing system may generate output indicating a likelihood that the first computing system will be involved in a cyber security incident. Based on the output satisfying a first threshold, the computing system may generate a recommendation to modify the first computer security policy. The computing system may modify the first computer security policy based on the recommendation.

  • Patent number: 11940437
Abstract: A method of determining waterflood residual oil saturation includes testing, in a laboratory multispeed centrifuge test, a reservoir core sample to obtain a set of average water saturation (Sw,avg) and imbibition capillary pressure (Pci) data points, applying a best-fit smoothing function to the data points to obtain a best-fit average saturation curve, converting the best-fit average saturation curve to an outlet-face saturation curve, applying a best-fit straight line to the outlet-face saturation curve associated with a substantially constant outlet water saturation and changing imbibition capillary pressure, and determining a waterflood residual oil saturation (Sorw) of the core sample. The waterflood residual oil saturation is associated with a point on the outlet-face saturation curve where the best-fit straight line deviates from the outlet-face saturation curve.
