Abstract: The Core-bar is to be used primarily in the field of fitness. The Core-bar is in large part, designed to provide multiple wrist friendly surfaces on which to place ones weight when using a “Ball.” The Core-bar can be used permanently bonded onto a 45-75 centimeter “fitness” ball or as a separate entity simply placed on the “Ball.” If one so desires it may also be used as a wrist friendly grip not in conjunction with a “Ball” at all.
