Core-bar

The Core-bar is to be used primarily in the field of fitness. The Core-bar is in large part, designed to provide multiple wrist friendly surfaces on which to place ones weight when using a “Ball.” The Core-bar can be used permanently bonded onto a 45-75 centimeter “fitness” ball or as a separate entity simply placed on the “Ball.” If one so desires it may also be used as a wrist friendly grip not in conjunction with a “Ball” at all.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention will be used in the field of fitness. More specifically it will be used for promoting body wellness.

The Core-bar is designed to be used in conjunction with an existing product in the market place. This product has many different manufactures and names. Some common names are: Balance ball, Yoga Ball, Fit Ball, Birthing Ball, Exercise Ball. In short this is a sturdy ball 45 centimeters-75 centimeters designed to support the average adults body. The “Ball” is increasingly popular and used for many different applications including: strength training, stretching, yoga, pilates, and birthing. The “Ball,” however, has no handle or wrist friendly surface on which to place ones body weight.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The Core-bar provides a wrist friendly surface on which to place ones body weight while using the “Ball.” For example, if one were to place the Core-bar on the “Ball” and then attempt to perform a push-up, the grip provided by the Core-bar would alleviate stress on the wrist and expand the available positions for ones hands. The additional positions provided by the Core-bar greatly expand the applications of a once limited exercise. The Core-bar provides a wrist friendly grip and expands the various uses of the “Ball.”

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING

Drawing #1 is a front view of the Core-bar separate from a ball.

Drawing #2 is an angled view of the Core-bar placed on a ball.

Drawing #3 is a top view of the Core-bar placed on a ball.

Drawing #4 is a side view of the Core-bar separate from a ball.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The Core-bar is used for the purpose of body wellness. Its primary purpose is to be used in conjunction with a “Ball.” Once placed on a “Ball” it provides a wrist friendly surface on which to place ones weight.

It is a plastic composite made from a mold. It has soft foam grips separately manufactured and placed on the surfaces designed for ones wrist.
