  • Publication number: 20200053018
Abstract: A scheduling device for managing a packet queue of a communication gateway includes a receiving portion configured to receive data packets according to at least one communication protocol, a processor, and classification module configured to separate the received data packets into a first traffic queue and a second traffic queue separate from the first traffic queue. The first traffic queue includes a low latency service flow classified to have strict priority. The second traffic queue includes a primary service flow classified as having a classic priority. The classification module separates the received data packets so that those with a first indicator are sent to the first traffic queue and those without the first indicator are sent to the second traffic queue.

  • Publication number: 20100064847
Abstract: A fabricated crankshaft for single and multi-throw crankshafts utilizes roller bearings for achieving energy savings and reducing the size of parts and components with the single throw crankshaft using two throws interconnected by one main bearing pin and one drive end unit connected to each throw and the multi-throw crankshaft including at least two pair of throws, one crank pin interconnecting each pair of throws, a main bearing pin interconnecting both pairs of throws, and a pair of drive end units, with the drive end units and the crank pins, the connecting pins, and main bearing pins being secured to the throws by configurations that include keys and keyways, splines, and left and right hand thread arrangements so that the fabricated crankshaft is adaptable to any number of cylinders required.

  • Publication number: 20090184467
Abstract: A puzzle board game for completing puzzle pictures or patterns of animals, words, phrases, or geometric designs includes a case, a cover for the case, a card holder on the inside of the cover for holding additional game cards with various puzzle patterns imprinted thereon, intersecting tracks for supporting the lateral (left/right or up/down) movement of square or circular-shaped game playing pieces some of which have on their facing surfaces portions of the puzzle pattern or picture printed thereon, with from one to three game playing piece positions left open for determining puzzle solution degree of difficulty, and an end member attachably removably to one side of the case so that after completion of one puzzle game, the end member is removed, the playing pieces are emptied from the tracks, the playing pieces are then randomly inserted back onto the tracks, and the end member is attached to the case so that the next play of the puzzle board game can commence.

  • Patent number: 6394461
Abstract: A packing arrangement for a reciprocating pumps, particularly oil well pumps, in which a stuffing box housing contains a pressure chamber, packing seals mounted within the pressure chamber, a pump rod extending through the housing and the packing seals within said pressure chamber in a manner permitting reciprocation of the rod, utilizes pressure amplification feature by which tubing pressure is amplified in an appropriate ratio and applied to the packing seals to insure that they are correctly compressed at all times without producing a binding of the packing seals with the pump rod. Furthermore, the stuffing box is mounted to the well head in a manner which permits a floating self-alignment upon loosening of a few bolts. Additionally, a venturi connection is provided which flushes the underside of the packing area so as to keep it free and clear of debris buildup.

  • Patent number: 5343884
Abstract: A self-closing actuator mechanism and a gate valve system equipped with the actuator mechanism, in which a coil spring acts on a gate valve actuating arm only in a closing direction, the coil spring being held in a compressed condition by retaining clips that are connected by a spring under tension and which carry a meltable link material on them between each clip and a holding sleeve. The clips release automatically, under the tensioning of their connecting spring, when either the holding sleeve is retracted or the link material melts. The gate valve system is designed to meet all regulations pertaining to the transportation of hazardous cargoes, while being low in cost and able to be retrofit installed on existing tank gate valves in a simple and easy manner.

  • Patent number: 4951743
Abstract: A leakage protector for preventing gases, vapors and liquids emanating as leakage through the seals or packings around the reciprocating rod of reciprocating rod-type fluid displacement arrangements, such as those of pumps, compressors, and the like from reaching the surrounding environment. The leakage protector has an adaptor for mounting a leakage recovery unit of the protector on the casing of the reciprocating rod arrangement in proximity to its packing or seal. The reciprocating rod passes through the leakage recovery unit with clearance, and a bellows component is sealingly attached to the reciprocating rod at one end and to the leakage recovery unit at an opposite end.

  • Patent number: 4745969
Abstract: A hydraulic jack system for operating well bottom pumping units via a sucker rod string and polish rod that comprises a jack unit that is designed for mounting by being suspended fully within a well casing with a seal being created between the periphery of the jack unit and the interior of the well casing. The jack unit has a hollow piston-cylinder unit through which a polish rod is able to be inserted and withdrawn, to the top of which a top end of the polish rod is attachable and to the bottom of which a top end of a well fluid delivery tube is connectable.

  • Patent number: 4653383
Abstract: The pump stroke extender adjusts the stroke of a polish rod normally clamped to a connector cable of an oscillating horse head for operating a sub-surface oil well pump. The extender includes a cylinder having its sides, in the preferred embodiment, connected to the double cables (connector cable) from the horse head and a piston portion clamped to the polish rod. A source of hydraulic fluid connects to the cylinder and appropriate valving arrangements cause in-flow of fluid to the cylinder to extend the piston portion from the cylinder as the polish rod approaches one end of its stroke. Hydraulic fluid is drained from the cylinder as the polish rod approaches the opposite end of its stroke. The overall stroke length of the pump can thus be extended by the travel distance of the piston relative to the cylinder, or, alternately, can be decreased by the travel distance of the piston relative to the cylinder.
