  • Patent number: 12291842
Abstract: A plough for burying a cable has a base frame, an upper frame member and a ploughshare support; a topside of the ploughshare support features a cable trough; and a cable guiding path extends from a front end to a rear end of the plough. The cable guiding path is arranged between the base frame and the upper frame member and along the cable trough. The upper frame member is movably connected relative to the base frame, such that the upper frame member may move between a first position. The upper frame member is arranged above the cable guiding path, and a second position wherein the upper frame member is displaced away from the cable guiding path. The whole extent of the cable guiding path is accessible from above when the upper frame member is in the second position, such that a cable may be lowered onto the cable guiding path.

  • Publication number: 20250141718
Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE obtains channel information for a sidelink channel between the UE and a receiving device and performs a pre-equalization process on a signal to be transmitted to the receiving device based on the channel information to obtain a pre-equalized signal. The UE then transmits the pre-equalized signal to the receiving device through the sidelink channel.

  • Publication number: 20250134386
Abstract: A fiber optic needle probe is described that includes a length of optical fiber inside a hollow needle for supporting the optical fiber along its length. A distal end of the optical fiber is formed by a formed convex tip protruding beyond a distal end of the hollow needle. The distal end of the optical fiber is formed by a formed conical tip with a cone angle less than hundred degrees. The shape of the convex tip formed at the distal end of the optical fiber is found particularly suitable for repeated insertion into a tissue with minimal tendency of tissue residue sticking to the tip.

  • Publication number: 20250138820
Abstract: Embodiments herein describe translating specialized functions for one type of hardware platform into executable code for a different type of hardware platform. For example, a specialized function developed for a first hardware platform (e.g., a GPU or CPU) can be translated into an intermediate representation (IR) containing arguments for a second hardware platform (e.g., a model-specific chipset) by a compiler. The compiler can then convert the IR into executable code for the second hardware platform.

  • Publication number: 20250136666
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a process for producing a lactoferrin powder. The process comprises extracting lactoferrin from a native lactoferrin-containing substance and concentrating the extracted lactoferrin to produce a liquid concentrate in which the extracted lactoferrin has an improved stability. The liquid concentrate is then pasteurised by heating to a temperature and for a time effective to do so, after which the pasteurized liquid concentrate is dried under non-denaturing conditions to produce a lactoferrin powder in which substantially all of the lactoferrin is native lactoferrin.

  • Patent number: 12286489
Abstract: The present invention provides heterodimer pairs that can comprise a first heterodimer and a second heterodimer wherein each heterodimer comprises an immunoglobulin heavy chain or fragment thereof and an immunoglobulin light chain or fragment thereof. At least one of the heterodimers can comprise one or more amino acid modifications in the CH1 and/or CL domains, one or more amino acid modifications in the VH and/or VL domains, or a combination thereof. The modified amino acid(s) can be part of the interface between the light chain and heavy chain and are typically modified to create preferential pairing between each heavy chain and a desired light chain such that when the two heavy chains and two light chains of the heterodimer pair are co-expressed in a cell, the heavy chain of the first heterodimer preferentially pairs with one of the light chains rather than the other. Likewise, the heavy chain of the second heterodimer typically preferentially pairs with the second light chain rather than first.
