  • Publication number: 20180000436
Abstract: A radiography apparatus is provided in which delays in it do not occur due to the influence of preliminary preparation of a radiation detector. The FPD 4 receives a signal from an X-ray tube control unit 6 and then completes preliminary preparation for the detection of radiation during accelerated movement of an X-ray tube 3 or the FPD 4. That is, the accelerated movement of the X-ray tube 3 or the FPD 4 and the preliminary preparation for the detection of radiation are carried out simultaneously. This enables imaging to be started immediately after the start of constant speed movement of the X-ray tube 3 or the FPD 4 without having to wait for constant speed movement thereof to start preliminary preparation of the FPD 4 as in conventional apparatuses. As a result, delays in imaging do not affect the radiation image.

  • Patent number: 9743894
Abstract: An improved configuration of a mobile-type radiographic image pickup device reliably stops on a flat path without play. More specifically, the prevent invention stops reliably on an inclined path. Where a carriage accelerates regardless of that fact that a deceleration control unit has begun to restrict the movement of the carriage, a brake control unit causes a brake device to operate. According to the present invention, if the carriage accelerates regardless of the fact that a deceleration control unit has begun to restrict the movement of the carriage, the brake device is promptly operated, and prevents concern regardless of the application of an instruction to stop the carriage which is travelling on an incline, and prevents the carriage from running for a long period to time.

  • Patent number: 9700277
Abstract: In an X-ray apparatus in which an FPD-4 moves independently of an X-ray tube, an X-ray irradiation area discriminator discriminates, for separate X-raying actions, X-ray irradiation area images from among X-ray images outputted from the FPD-4. An X-ray tube position sensor acquires position information P on the X-ray tube for the separate X-raying actions. A long image creator creates a long image by shifting the X-ray irradiation area images based on the position information, and splicing the X-ray irradiation area images together. Therefore, even when a relative position between the X-ray tube and FPD-4 is variable instead of being constant, the X-ray irradiation area images can be obtained reliably, and these can be spliced together with high accuracy. There is no need to uniform starting timing and moving speed of the X-ray tube and FPD-4, which simplifies control.

  • Patent number: 9668708
Abstract: When an X-ray detector is removed from a storage part, a sensor senses this, and transmits to an up and down control part a signal indicating that the X-ray detector has been taken out of the storage part. Upon receipt of the signal, the up and down control part releases braking force by electro permanent magnets. In doing so, sticking force of the electro permanent magnet on a fixing part, and sticking force of the electro permanent magnet on a stopper plate are released. The weight of a counter weight is larger than the total value of the weights of the arm, X-ray tube, collimator, and the like, and therefore in a state where the arm is released from being fixed by the electro permanent magnets, the arm starts to move up together with the X-ray tube and the collimator.

  • Patent number: 9610053
Abstract: According to this radiography device, by taking images in rapid succession while appropriately obtaining the timing for which an X-ray tube in a rest state should be activated, rapid successive imaging and protection of a radioactive source can both be achieved. That is, in the configuration of the present invention, a time difference is calculated, obtained by subtracting a temporal width of an activation period from a temporal width of an undetectable period, and the time after the time difference has elapsed from the time at which an X-ray is irradiated is determined as the timing for activating the X-ray tube. The temporal width of an undetectable period is the temporal width between the time at which an FPD detects an X-ray once and the time at which the following X-ray can be detected, and the temporal width of an activation period is the temporal width between the start of activation of the X-ray tube to the completion of activation.

  • Patent number: 9592015
Abstract: The disclosure provides a radiographic apparatus that allows suppression of needles radiation exposure to a subject. Specifically, the disclosure includes an X-ray tube, a collimator, and a visible light source. The spread of visible light beams through the collimator opening too largely may not possibly conform to the spread of radiation. Such a situation may occur when the apparatus is provided with the X-ray tube that emits narrow radiation. In order to avoid such a situation, the disclosure sets an upper limit of a degree of opening as an upper limit of a degree of opening of the collimator. With a construction of the disclosure, there is no need to perform further radiography. This achieves the radiographic apparatus that allows suppression of needless radiation exposure to a subject.

  • Publication number: 20170055936
Abstract: In a radiation tomography imaging device, the imaging range calculation element 35 calculates a possible imaging range of the FPD 5 based on the imaging distance G, the irradiation swing angle ? and the movable range SP of the X-ray tube 3. The operator can preliminarily calculate the possible imaging range of the radiation detection means prior to the X-ray tomography imaging because the imaging distance, the irradiation swing angle, and the movable range SP are all predetermined parameters. The possible imaging range FP of the FPD 5 is the positional range of the FPD 5 in which the X-ray tube 3 can acquire the X-ray tomography image without moving the X-ray tube 3 to the outside of movable range. Therefore, the radiation tomography imaging can start the X-ray tomography by assuredly moving the FPD 5 within the possible imaging range by referring to the preliminarily calculated possible imaging range of the FPD 5.

  • Patent number: 9364188
Abstract: With an X-ray apparatus for round visit of this invention, when a brake operation is carried out, a CPU performs deceleration control (braking current control at c and short brake control at e) of a movable carriage instead of immediately driving electromagnetic brakes, and drives the electromagnetic brakes at time f. Therefore, a great shock does not occur to the apparatus, and there is no possibility of the operator colliding with the apparatus. Since the deceleration control of the movable carriage is carried out in advance, the apparatus does not stop suddenly and does not impair the floor. As a result, the X-ray apparatus for round visit is realized, in which no great shock occurs to the apparatus at times of deceleration, and which is also safe for the operator.

  • Patent number: 9050023
Abstract: A controller determines a lower edge position of an imaging area of an image combined in long-length imaging through light illumination from a line marker. Thereby the controller performs control such that light from the line marker is switched off beyond an area, set in advance, capable of being imaged upon determination of the imaging area. Consequently, an operator just performs operation while looking at only light from the line marker upon determination of the imaging area, which achieves easy operation. As a result, operation upon determination of the imaging area can be facilitated.

  • Patent number: 8950937
Abstract: When a size of a flat panel detector, contained in an X-ray detector containing part, in a body axial direction of a subject is detected, a detected value of a potentiometer, and stored information on a maximum size of a flat panel detector, containable in the X-ray detector containing part, in the body axial direction of the subject are compared with each other. If the size of the flat panel detector contained in the X-ray detector containing part coincides with the maximum size of the flat panel detector containable in the X-ray detector containing part, a reference position information switching part switches reference position information stored in a reference position information storage part. When an operator performs a predetermined operation on an operation part by pressing a switch or performing another action, the stored reference position information is changed to a preset reference position.

  • Patent number: 8767913
Abstract: In long-format radiography, a long-format imaging region is determined and the long-format imaging region is partitioned into a plurality of imaging regions. Following this, and prior to x-ray imaging, a particular location of an overlapping image area is illuminated by a laser line marker, through laser line marker emission controlling means, in order to confirm that no overlapping image area, which is provided in adjacent imaging regions when the long-format imaging region is partitioned, is positioned on a location of interest of the examination subject. The ability to indicate clearly the particular location of the overlapping image area, through the laser line marker, makes it possible to evaluate accurately whether or not an overlapping image area is positioned on a location of interest. Doing so makes it possible to set the imaging region easily.
