Abstract: An absorbent article is provided which has such a structure that a bled portion of the colored indicator is unnoticeable. The absorbent article includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, an absorbing core interposed between the two sheets, and an indicator making it possible to visually ascertain that the absorbing core is in the wet state. The back sheet has an average hole diameter of 0.3 ?m to 3 ?m, and has a light transmittance of not less than 20% and not more than 45% in a state in which the absorbing core is dry.

Abstract: An elastically stretchable disposable wearing article has a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region. This wearing article is formed with a first elastic zone, a second elastic zone and third elastic zones respectively exhibiting stretch stress adjusted to be decreased in this order. An elastically stretchable web is continuously fed in a machine direction, formed with pairs of slits in desired patterns so that two slits constituting each of the pairs may be symmetrically laid about a transversely middle zone of the web and then folded in a cross direction orthogonal to the machine direction so that the web may be alternately overlapped on itself about the transversely middle zone to form the wearing article.

Abstract: An open-type disposable wearing article composed of a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region. These regions are all elastically stretchable. The article includes first and second stretchable zones respectively bifurcated at a transverse middle of the crotch region so as to extend to lateral zones of the front and rear waist regions, respectively, and third stretchable zones defined by zones other than the first and second stretchable zones. The first and second stretchable zones exhibit a stretch stress higher than a stretch stress of the third stretchable zones. Loop members are provided to the second stretchable zone in the lateral zones of the rear waist region and hook members are provided to the first stretchable zone in the lateral zones of the front waist region.

Abstract: A disposable wearing article includes connector sheet strips used to connect front and rear waist regions of the article which respectively includes proximal sections and flap-like sections. The proximal sections are fixed to the rear waist region on its inner surface along zones immediately adjacent to transversely opposite side edges of the rear waist region and the flap-like sections extend from the respective zones to the inside of the article in a circumferential direction. The flap-like sections are formed with folding guide means facilitating the flap-like sections to be folded so that these flap-like sections may extend from the inside toward the outside of the article.

Abstract: A disposable wearing article includes connector sheet strips used to connect front and rear waist regions of the article which respectively have proximal sections and flap-like sections. The proximal sections are fixed to the rear waist region on its inner surface along zones contiguous to transversely opposite side edges of the rear waist region and the flap-like sections extend from the respective zones to the inside of the article in a circumferential direction. Flexural rigidity of the flap-like sections as measured in a transverse direction X of the wearing article is set to be higher than that of the article as measured in regions lying immediately inside the respective zones which are, in turn, contiguous to the respective side edges of the article so that a direction in which the connector sheet strips extend can be easily reversed.
