Abstract: Here is disclosed a pull-on disposable wearing article formed by connecting front and rear waist regions to each other wherein an auxiliary sheet having a given area and placed upon outer surface of a backsheet extends from a crotch region into the front waist region and comprises a free end zone lying in the front waist region and circumferentially extending and fixed side edge zones longitudinally extending along the transversely opposite side edges in the front waist region as well as in the crotch region and fixed to the outer surface of the backsheet.

Abstract: A disposable diaper includes a liquid-absorbent core which is formed by laminating a fibrous layer principally comprising fluff pulp fibers with a particle layer principally comprising superabsorptive polymer particles. The core is divided along longitudinal lines of the diaper. Each pair of adjacent core divisions present side walls opposed to each other and the particle layer is partially exposed in these side walls.
