  • Publication number: 20100156436
Abstract: An internal circuit generates a digital signal according to an electric signal received from outside, and outputs the digital signal to an output signal line. An output circuit sets a voltage value of the digital signal to a prescribed value. A drive signal input circuit inputs a drive signal received from outside through a drive signal input terminal to the output circuit, and drives the output circuit independent of the digital signal according to the drive signal.

  • Patent number: 7428155
Abstract: A first power supply layer spreads over an insulating layer outside an island of a second power supply layer. A first ground layer spreads over an insulating layer outside an island of a second ground layer. First and second electrically-conductive pieces are interposed between the first and second power supply layers as well as between the first and second ground layers. A capacitor is interposed between the first and second electrically-conductive pieces. Power supply noise is forced to inevitably pass through the electrically-conductive pieces. The power supply noise thus reliably flows into the capacitor through the first and second electrically-conductive pieces. A printed wiring board is in this manner allowed to enjoy a sufficient suppression of the power supply noise.

  • Patent number: 5940310
Abstract: A device accurately calculates the strength of an electromagnetic field radiated from an electric circuit apparatus having a data receiving unit, and extractor, a model generator, and a calculator. The data receiving unit receives structural data related to the electric circuit apparatus. The extractor exacts, from the received data, structural data related to a dielectric between a power source layer and a ground layer of a multilayer printed board.

  • Patent number: 5926377
Abstract: A multilayer printed board has at least a signal layer, a power source layer, and a ground layer that are formed one upon another with insulation material being interposed among the layers. The board is capable of reducing radio waves to be emitted from the board. The board is provided with capacitors that are continuously or discretely formed at the edges of an overlapping pattern of the power source layer and ground layer, to pass a high-frequency current from the power source layer to the ground layer, thereby reducing the emission of radio waves.

  • Patent number: 5815414
Abstract: An electromagnetic field intensity calculating device simulates the intensity of the electromagnetic field generated by an electric circuit, and performs a required simulation process at a high speed. That is, the electromagnetic field intensity calculating device simulates the electromagnetic field intensity generated by an object electric circuit device by processing an object frequency generated by the object electric circuit device. The electromagnetic field intensity calculating device comprises a calculating unit for calculating the resonant frequency of the object electric circuit device and a retrieving unit for retrieving from a plurality of object frequencies a harmonic frequency of a wave source approximate to the resonant frequency calculated by the calculating unit so that the electromagnetic field intensity can be simulated on the frequency retrieved by the retrieving unit.

  • Patent number: 5465112
Abstract: A testing apparatus for detecting an image from an image signal in radio waves leaking from an information processing system. The information processing system uses horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals to display the image. The testing apparatus includes a radio wave receiving mechanism which receives the radio waves. An image signal detecting mechanism detects the image signal from the received radio waves and a synchronizing signal receiving mechanism receives the horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals from the information processing system.
