  • Publication number: 20060120555
Abstract: A speaker device includes a terminal member, a connecting member and a voice coil. The connecting member has a terminal mounting part, a flat surface and a recessed portion. The terminal member is mounted to the terminal mounting part. On the flat surface, an inner peripheral edge portion of a diaphragm is mounted via an adhesive. A lead wire drawn from the voice coil is drawn along an outer peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin and inside the recessed portion to be electrically connected to a connecting part of the terminal member. Thus, the lead wire is not sandwiched by the flat surface and the diaphragm. Thereby, at the time of driving the speaker device, pressure is not given to the lead wire drawn into the recessed portion from the diaphragm and the connecting member. The cut of the lead wire can be thus prevented.

  • Publication number: 20060002579
Abstract: In a speaker device, when an excessive driving signal larger than a withstand input is inputted to a voice coil, a voice coil bobbin moves with large magnitude. When the voice coil bobbin largely moves on a side opposite to a sound emitting side (downward), each component of the speaker device collides with each other and a large abnormal sound occurs. Therefore, a connecting member and a pot type yoke are designed to collide with each other via a buffer member in an area E1, for example, when the voice coil moves downward with the large magnitude. Namely, the buffer member is attached on a bottom surface of a bent portion of the connecting member, opposite to an upper surface of a cylindrical portion of the pot type yoke, in a circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20050271241
Abstract: A connecting member has a radiation structure. Concretely, plural openings are formed on a cylindrical portion of the connecting member. When a voice coil bobbin moves to a sound emitting side, a portion of the air in a space between a diaphragm and a conductive damper is inhaled to a space between the cylindrical portion and the voice coil bobbin through each opening of the connecting member. By the inhaled force, high temperature air around the voice coil is pushed out and discharged to a space on the side of the inner peripheral edge portion of a frame. When the voice coil bobbin moves to the side opposite to the sound emitting side, the air in the space between the voice coil bobbin and the plate is compressed, and air is discharged to the space between the inner peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin and the magnetic circuit system.

  • Publication number: 20050271239
Abstract: In a speaker device, each inner peripheral edge portion of a conductive damper and an ordinary damper is fixed to an area in the vicinity of a lower end of a cylindrical portion of a connecting member, and each outer peripheral edge portion of them is fixed to a support member. Therefore, the conductive damper and the ordinary damper are attached to an area within a constant winding width d1 of a voice coil. When the speaker device is driven, the voice coil bobbin vibrates in an axial direction of the speaker device. At this time, the voice coil bobbin sometimes rolls due to various factors. In the speaker device, since a fulcrum P11 of the rolling is within the winding width d1 of the voice coil, a distance r2 from the fulcrum P11 to an intersection P12 of a central axis of the speaker device and a plane surface F11 including a center point P13 in the winding width d1 of the voice coil becomes short, and the voice coil bobbin hardly rolls.

  • Publication number: 20050094846
Abstract: It is an object of this invention to provide a user-legible print result in consecutively printing a plurality of pages of images. To this end, it is checked whether there is continuity between data to be printed at the lower end portion of a page and data to be printed at the upper end portion of the next page. If there is continuity, a page break is inserted before the data at the lower end portion of the page, and an image of the data at the lower end portion is printed on the next page. Controlling a printing method in this manner makes it possible to prevent character split due to printing across pages and provide a user-legible print result.
