  • Publication number: 20170006300
Abstract: In a conventional art, an output layer set having no output layer is sometimes defined. Consequently, even if the decoder decodes a bit stream to obtain each layer in the output layer set without the output layer, there is no picture to be outputted. There is a possibility that such coded data causes the decoder expecting an output to operate unexpectedly. Output layer sets having the same configuration may be defined. Consequently, the amount of code pertaining to the output layer sets defined in an overlapping manner is redundant. According to an aspect of the present invention, specification of a bit stream conformance pertaining to the output layer set prevents occurrence of an output layer set without an output layer and a redundant output layer set.

  • Patent number: 9505129
Abstract: A robot control device comprises a mass parameter setting unit which sets a mass parameter, and a stop command unit which sends a stop command of a robot. A first upper limit value regarding external force and a second upper limit value smaller than the first upper limit value have been set. The stop command unit stops the robot when estimated external force exceeds the first upper limit value. Furthermore, the stop command unit makes the robot to be in a stop state when an average value of the external force exceeds the second upper limit value.

  • Patent number: 9492921
Abstract: A robot controller for ensuring safety of an operator, which is capable of reducing operational cost by avoiding unnecessary emergency stop of a robot. A teaching pendant has an emergency stop button for interrupting drive power for the robot, and a main body of the controller has a signal part which receives an emergency stop signal from the teaching pendant when the emergency stop button is pushed, and a power interrupting part which interrupts the drive power for the robot when the signal part receives the emergency stop signal under a predetermined condition. Until a first predetermined period of time has passed after a connection/disconnection switch is operated, the power interrupting part does not interrupt the drive power when a connection-recognition signal representing that the teaching pendant is connected to the main body is not generated, even when the emergency stop signal is input from the teaching pendant.

  • Publication number: 20160249056
Abstract: In a case of applying a shared parameter set between layers in a certain layer set, there occurs an undecodable layer on a bitstream that is generated by a bitstream extraction process from a bitstream including the layer set and that includes only a subset layer set of the layer set. According to an aspect of the present invention, a bitstream constraint and a dependency relationship between layers that use a shared parameter set are defined in a case of applying a shared parameter set between layers in a certain layer set.
