    Abstract: Provided is a distributed addressing and fast routing method and a system thereof, which belongs to the technical field of satellite communication. First, a satellite relative motion model is established, thereafter, an appropriate reference frame satellite is selected to deploy a controller based on the established satellite relative motion model, subsequently, satellite addresses have been allocated based on the deployed controller, and finally a routing table is synchronously established based on the allocated satellite addresses. A brand-new packet communication protocol of the present disclosure is more flexible in setting the structure of each field. Positioning the controller satellite with betweenness centrality ensures the short-distance communication between the controller and the satellites. The distributed addressing method reduces the frequent communication between satellites and improves the address allocation speed.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for performing emergency communications testing are disclosed. Network components, such as a text control center, may be configured to recognize a short code in a text message and enter an emergency communications testing mode for the user device that transmitted the short code. In testing mode, the network components may process emergency communications by determining the emergency processing data (e.g., routing instructions, appropriate PSAP, etc.) and providing that information to the user device rather than forwarding such communications to an emergency services provider. The network component may revert to normal operation after a period of time or after processing a predetermining number of emergency communications.

    Abstract: A method is presented to facilitate the training of a very large number of machine-learning performance models used to detect anomalies in computing operations. The models are grouped together according to model type, and are allocated to different pods of a computing environment that is used to carry out the operations being monitored. Initial training of models in a group is carried out while monitoring resource usage, and a particular pod is selected for further training based on the resource usage. The pod selected for training preferably has a minimum change in resource usage before and after the initial training. A different pod can be selected for scoring the trained models. The pod selected for scoring preferably has a maximum resource usage during an initial scoring among all pods.
