    Abstract: A boat cover extension is provided. The boat cover extension includes a plurality of straps. Each strap includes a front surface, a rear surface opposite the front surface, a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The strap may be made of an elastic and stretchable material, such as a bungee cord material. A male connector is secured to the first end of the front surface and a female connector is secured to the second end of the rear surface so that the female connector is on opposite sides and is facing away from the male connector.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing an extruded product and an extruded product prepared thereby. The extruded product is deemed useful a food product, in particular, a snack food product suitable for consumption by diabetics. Cranberry seed meal is blended with one or more starches, preferably including a modified dent corn starch, and extruded through a die under conditions suitable to result in an expanded product while exhibiting a 10% survival rate of at least one anthocyanin. Optionally, flavoring components such as spices may be incorporated into the blend or added after extrusion. The resulting food product will be suitable for a use as a snack food product but will have a substantially higher percentage of fiber and protein as compared with extruded carbohydrate-based food products, and will have some surviving anthocyanins.

    Abstract: A system and method allows workers on a jobsite to track their use and/or location of tools. The system can include a plurality of barcodes that can be placed directly on each of the tools to be tracked. The system further includes a mobile application that can operate on a mobile electronic device, such as a smart phone, that can scan the barcode, thus assigning the tool to a specific worker on the jobsite. A database can be incorporated on a central computer, such as a computer server, to relate each barcode to each tool and track which users have signed out and/or signed in each tool. In some embodiments, such as on large jobsites, the system may track, via GPS, for example, the location of the electronic device that has signed out the tool.

    Abstract: A device for treating infection within a subject includes an ultrasound transducer for applying ultrasound to a treatment site of the subject. In some embodiments, the device transmits ultrasound in the range of greater than about 20 kHz to about 5 MHz to site of infection. For example, the device can transmit ultrasound from a location outside the body to a location inside the body, such as a sinus. The ultrasound may be suitable for removing biofilm or decreasing the viscosity of mucus. Ultrasound from the device can also have other therapeutic and diagnostic uses.
