Patent number: 7848538Abstract: A thread winding part or a reinforcing wire winding part is formed by winding a heat resistant fiber thread or a reinforcing wire around the voice coil bobbin in contact with both coil ends of the wire winding part or a coil end of the same on a magnetic-circuit side. A bent part bent outward is formed on the lower end of the voice coil bobbin on the magnetic circuit side. This prevents the wire winding part from shifting from its mounting position and from coming off to the lower side. In the resulting voice coil, the wire winding part hardly comes off the voice coil bobbin even if the wire binding of the wire winding part is loosened by Joule heat, speaker vibrations, etc.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2006Date of Patent: December 7, 2010Assignees: Pioneer Corporation, Tohoku Pioneer CorporationInventors: Toshihiro Ishigaki, Seiya Sato

Patent number: 7848537Abstract: A voice coil bobbin is formed by skinpass rolling of pure titanium. A manufacturing method of a voice coil bobbin includes a process which manufactures a rolled pure titanium material, a process which executes skinpass rolling of the rolled material, and a process which forms the rolled material after the skinpass rolling to manufacture the voice coil bobbin. For example, the rolled pure titanium material is manufactured by a standard manufacturing process of a normal rolled material defined by JISH4600, and the cold rolling for the purpose of the strengthening is executed. The cold rolling is executed under a condition of a rolling ratio equal to or larger than 60%. Thereby, it becomes possible to obtain double hardness of JIS No. 1-kind titanium material (TR270C) and tensile strength larger than double of the JIS No. 1-kind titanium material (TR270C) and close to 6-4 titanium.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2006Date of Patent: December 7, 2010Assignees: Pioneer Corporation, Tohoku Pioneer Corporation, Goto Denshi Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshihiro Ishigaki, Yoshihide Goto, Taiki Goto, Shuji Higuchi

Publication number: 20060145917Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a GPS receiver capable of deciding quickly a GPS satellite as a communication object while suppressing a consumption power. In order to attain the object, when a receiving portion 101 does not receive WNa in the navigation message transmitted from the GPS satellite but receives WN, the GPS receiver of the present invention predicts WNa based on the received WN, and then restores the almanac based on this. Then, the almanac is stored in an almanac storing portion 103, and a satellite position calculating portion 106 reads the almanac as the case may be, and calculates a position of the satellite based on the almanac.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 6, 2002Publication date: July 6, 2006Applicant: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Akifumi Miyano, Toshihiro Ishigaki, Masahiro Sasaki

Patent number: 7065320Abstract: A satellite signal receiver includes a satellite signal reception unit, timer, and power-on/off controlling element. The satellite signal reception unit calculates a current position of the satellite signal receiver using an electric wave from a satellite, in response to a positioning request. The timer is used to clock an elapsed time in calculating the current position of this receiver. The power-on/off controlling element controls an on/off state of power supplied to both the satellite signal reception unit and the timer on the basis of information including the positioning request, the elapsed time clocked by the timer, and a reception condition of the satellite signal reception unit. Accordingly, a period of time for supplying the power is automatically turned on/off to be shortened in cases the positioning is impossible, thus the power being saved.Type: GrantFiled: October 28, 2003Date of Patent: June 20, 2006Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshihiro Ishigaki, Akifumi Miyano

Publication number: 20060093817Abstract: A damper for a speaker includes a first fiber having a tensile strength of equal to or larger than 17 cN/dtex and a second fiber having a tensile elastic modulus of equal to or smaller than 200 cN/dtex. Thereby, necessary tensile strength and elasticity can be ensured. In addition, the ratio of the first fiber to the total amount of the first and second fibers is from 10% to 90%. If the ratio of the first fiber is smaller than 10%, the necessary tensile strength and elasticity cannot be obtained. Meanwhile, if the ratio of the first fiber becomes larger than 90%, punching property at the time of damper manufacture deteriorates. Thus, it is preferred that the first fiber is included at the above ratio.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 28, 2005Publication date: May 4, 2006Applicants: PIONEER CORPORATION, TOHOKU PIONEER CORPORATIONInventors: Toshihiro Ishigaki, Satoshi Hachiya, Reo Tanaka, Saori Kuroda, Kazuma Ito

Publication number: 20060062423Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to ensure that when a speaker diaphragm having an adequate fire resistance is to be obtained, it is possible to ensure stability of various characteristics and thus avoid a deterioration of an audio characteristic of the speaker device. An expansive graphite is mixed/milled with at least one of a natural fiber, a chemical fiber, an inorganic fiber, a synthetic fiber and the like consisting of different fibers selected from the foregoing fibers (step of mixing/milling a fiber with an expansive graphite), thereby obtaining a paper slurry. The paper slurry is adjusted and heated at an adequate molding temperature necessary for the expansive graphite to expand, thereby effecting milling and molding (milling/molding step) and thus obtaining a milled material serving as a diaphragm substrate having a fire resistant layer formed by a heated expansion of the expanding agent.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2005Publication date: March 23, 2006Inventors: Kazuharu Kawata, Hideo Sekikawa, Toshihiro Ishigaki

Publication number: 20050254682Abstract: A damper having an annular elastic part is manufactured by stamping out a wire mesh material formed by weaving a plurality of metal wires into a net shape with a press device. The elastic part of the damper thus manufactured has a wire mesh structure. Thereby, a damper with high durability is obtained. Consequently, by applying this damper to the speaker device, the voice coil bobbin, a diaphragm and the like can be restrained/prevented from vibrating more than necessary even when an abnormal large signal is inputted into the speaker device.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 11, 2005Publication date: November 17, 2005Applicants: PIONEER CORPORATION, TOHOKU PIONEER CORPORATIONInventors: Koji Maekawa, Toshihiro Ishigaki

Publication number: 20050178516Abstract: To give solution to a problem that a fire-retarded speaker component has a high hygroscopicity and thus exhibits deteriorated acoustic properties, the speaker component undergoes strength drop, elastic modulus drop and internal loss due to fire retardant and the increase of the number of treatment steps adds to manufacturing cost. A speaker component formed by a paper product including a triphenyl phosphate fire retardant is used.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 11, 2005Publication date: August 18, 2005Inventors: Hideo Sekikawa, Kazuharu Kawata, Toshihiro Ishigaki
