  • Publication number: 20040145880
Abstract: In order to suppress the occurrence of damage on a press-fit joining wiring board, a peak value of stress generated on the board in the case of a press-fitting a press-fit terminal into a through-hole is reduced so that it can not exceed the design standard value of the board. In the press-fit terminal in which a body part, retaining part, introducing part and forward end part are integrally formed, a cross-sectional area of the introducing part is reduced to be smaller than that of the retaining part, so that an intensity of the elastic force of the introducing part is decreased to be lower than that of the elastic force of the retaining part. Alternatively, on the wiring board, elastic material is filled into resin for combining sheet-like base material of the board so as to relieve an intensity of stress generated on the board itself.

  • Publication number: 20040072925
Abstract: A plastisol composition of the present invention comprises a polyalkylene glycol and/or a polyalkylene glycol derivative (X) and polymer particles (Y). This composition uses non-halogen based polymer particles with no halogen atoms, which do not emit materials such as hydrogen chloride gas or dioxin on incineration, and does not require a phthalic acid based plasticizer as a dispersion medium, and consequently provides an extremely large reduction in environmental impact. Furthermore, by using the plastisol composition, a gelled film having no bleed out of the dispersion medium, superior dispersion medium retention characteristics, workability, and processability is obtained. In addition, by using the plastisol composition of the present invention, a gelled film or an article with excellent mechanical characteristics are provided. The composition of the present invention is suitably used as materials such as wallpaper, floorings, vehicle undercoats, and vehicle body sealers.

  • Publication number: 20030189267
Abstract: Method for mold clamping of the present invention is capable of shortening a molding cycle without any initial setting works for an engaging position of a tie bars. The method is constituted the steps of moving the tie bars in the direction of mold closing during mold close operation, judging a relative moving speed between a movable die plate and the tie bar to be within a predetermined value, engaging the tie bars with the movable die plate mechanically by operating an engaging means when the relative moving speed is judged to be within the value, then further moving the movable die plate against a fixed die plate under engagement, and after contact of a movable mold with a fixed mold driving a mold clamping cylinder, thereby executing mold clamping operation.

  • Publication number: 20030147989
Abstract: A stationary platen and link housing are coupled to each other through tie bars. A movable platen is coupled to a front surface of the link housing through a toggle mechanism. Two slide bars are fixed to the back surface of the movable platen and each slide bar extends in a parallel way from a back surface toward the moving direction of the movable platen. Two hollow shafts are each fixed to the front surface of the link housing so as to correspond to the slide bar. Each hollow shaft extends in a parallel way from a front surface toward the moving direction of the movable platen. • Patent number: 6589456
Abstract: An mold thickness adjustable range S of a link housing included in a toggle type clamping unit for a thick mold of the greatest allowable thickness and that of the same for a thin mold of the smallest allowable thickness is divided into a plurality of sections. Extra elongations by which tie bars included in the toggle type mold clamping system are to be stretched for desired mold clamping forces are determined beforehand and are assigned to the sections of the mold thickness adjustable range S. One of the sections in which the link housing is positioned when the toggle type mold clamping system is set in a lock-up state in which a movable half mold is in contact with a fixed half mold is specified by a combination of binary signals provided by switches.

  • Patent number: 6337967
Abstract: A color image forming apparatus according to the invention includes an intermediate transfer member for transferring a color image onto a paper sheet, a second transfer roller capable of directly transferring, onto a paper sheet, a toner image formed on a photosensitive member to transfer a black-and-white image onto a paper sheet, a first transfer roller for transferring, onto a paper sheet, a color image on the intermediate transfer member. Since the process of transferring a black-and-white image onto a paper sheet is separated from the process of transferring a color image from the intermediate transfer member, a black-and-white image can be transferred onto a paper sheet and fixed thereon immediately after development. Thus, the period required for copying a black-and-white image, in particular, the required first copying period of a black-and-white image can be shortened.
