  • Patent number: 10524320
Abstract: Linear lighting is disclosed. The linear lighting includes a narrow, elongate printed circuit board (PCB). A plurality of LED light engines are disposed on the PCB and are electrically connected to it. The PCB is divided physically and electrically into repeating blocks, which are physically in series with one another and electrically in parallel. A pair of conductors extends the entire length of the linear lighting. Each of the conductors has a service loop corresponding to the position of each of the cut points. A covering encapsulates the PCB and the pair of conductors. The service loops in the conductors provide for additional length of conductor when the linear lighting is cut at a cut point, so that the linear lighting can be connected to power.

  • Patent number: 10517188
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are provided in which cord storage cartridges are removably connected to a power distribution unit (PDU). The cord storage cartridge may include a cartridge housing having at least one aperture, a PDU interface associated with the cartridge housing and configured to removably connect the cord storage device to a mateable interface of the PDU, and a power output cord having a proximal end in electrical communication with the PDU interface and a distal end coupled with an output connector that is configured to connect to electronic equipment. The power output cord may be stowed at least partially within the cartridge housing in a retracted state and moveable through the at least one aperture to an extended state at least partially external to the cartridge housing.

  • Patent number: 10498096
Abstract: A combination outlet connector is disclosed. The combination outlet connector includes an outlet core having three T-shaped apertures. The outlet core has a core outer surface to mate with a first connector type, such as a C14 connector, and electrical terminals are positioned in corresponding apertures. A removable adapter sleeve is positionable around the outlet core and has a sleeve outer surface to mate with a second connector type, such as a C20 connector. The adapter sleeve includes a sleeve aperture at least partially congruent with the core outer surface. The electrical terminals are configured to connect with mating terminals of the first and second connector types. A removable adapter shroud can be positioned around the outlet core. The shroud includes a shroud inner surface to receive the first connector type and a shroud flange having a shroud aperture at least partially congruent with the core outer surface.

  • Patent number: 9800031
Abstract: Apparatuses and devices are provided that allow for a power input cord to be placed in two or more different orientations relative to a power distribution unit. A power distribution unit may be provided with one or more input cord assemblies that allow an input cord to be swiveled such that the cord exits an outside plane of the power distribution unit at a different angle. Such an assembly allows a power distribution unit to be placed in an equipment rack and coupled with an input power source in a flexible and convenient manner. Clearances and dimensions of equipment racks may be modified to provide enhanced space usage, efficiency, and/or density in a facility.
