Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a method of wireless communication is provided. The method may include receiving, from a uncrewed aerial system (UAS) service (USS) network, a UAS reauthentication/reauthorization request after a user equipment (UE) is registered with the USS network by first operations associated with a first USS uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) authentication and authorization (UUAA) procedure. The method may include identifying a network function (NF) element type associated with a UAS reauthentication/reauthorization procedure based on UE UUAA context information. The method may include sending a UE context management request that indicates the NF element type. The method may include receiving a UE context management response that includes an NF identification (ID) of a serving NF element. The method may include sending a UAS reauthentication/reauthorization notification instructing the serving NF to initiate a second UUAA procedure.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication of a network element is provided. The method includes initiating a network slice specific authentication and authorization (NSSAA) procedure to register a user equipment (UE) with a network slice associated with uncrewed aerial services. In response to successful registration of the UE with the network slice by the NSSAA procedure, the method includes initiating an uncrewed aerial system (UAS) service supplier (USS) uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) authentication and authorization (UUAA) mobility management (UUAA-MM) procedure to register the UE with a USS associated with the network slice. The USS maintains the uncrewed aerial services.

One method of digital communication includes establishing, by a session management function operating in a communication network, a PDU session for a wireless device and transmitting, upon successfully establishing the PDU session, a registration request to a network-side function to register a context of a PDU session of the wireless device with the network-side function, wherein the registration request identifies a set of session management functions that includes the session management function.

These procedures can be repeated until the frame size is greater than or equal to a maximum frame size or less than or equal to a minimum frame size.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to wireless communication and, more specifically, to network support for configuration management in a Worldwide Interoperability Microwave Access Femto Network. In one exemplary embodiment, offline and/or updated configuration information is obtained by a WiMAX Femto Access Point from a management server whether the WiMAX Femto Access Point is active or inactive and before or after initial network entry. Configuration information synchronization may also be performed before or after initial network entry.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for implementing initial network entry procedures by a Femto access point which is required to be authenticated by the WiMAX network prior to becoming active and operational. The method includes implementing a DNS query to discover an associated server and gateway in an associated Femto network service provider domain and obtaining an IP address for the server and an IP address for the gateway. The method also includes authenticating the Femto access point with the associated Femto network service provider and establishing a secure IP tunnel between the Femto access point and the gateway. The method further includes interacting with a default self organizing network server to perform location authorization, wherein the self organizing network server is configured to auto configured the Femto access point with preliminary radio parameters. The method also includes executing registration with a Femto gateway.
