  • Patent number: 7505634
Abstract: In a radiographic image processing apparatus for generating synthesized image data by synthesizing a plurality of partial radiographic images generated by radiation that has passed through the same object, additional information added to each of the plurality of partial radiographic images is acquired. On the basis of the acquired additional information, it is determined whether synthesis is to be permitted. When it is determined that synthesis is not to be permitted, generation of the synthesized image data is inhibited.

  • Patent number: 7450742
Abstract: In an information processing apparatus which transfers target information to an external data processing device to process the information, and saves the processed information, a data management unit stores second identification information corresponding to the target information in association with the target information to which first identification information is attached. The first changing unit deletes the first identification information from the target information and adds the corresponding second identification information to the target information in the data management unit. The transfer unit transfers the target information processed by the first changing unit to the external data processing device.

  • Patent number: 7239733
Abstract: The magnification of an image is set. The distance between the positions of two designated points on the image is measured. On the basis of the set magnification set and a measurement value, an actual measurement value on the object corresponding to the measurement value of the distance between the positions of the two designated points on the image is calculated. The set magnification, the measurement value, and the calculated actual measurement value are simultaneously displayed.

  • Patent number: 7170532
Abstract: The invention facilitates a setting operation relating to the displaying and laying out of images and arranges it so that the layout will reflect the preferences of the observer. The invention provides a medical image display apparatus for displaying medial images and other medical data on a display unit. An image storage unit for storing medical images and a processor are connected to the display unit. A frequency-of-use storage unit and a mode storage unit are connected to the processor. When medical images have been displayed, the frequency-of-use storage unit stores the frequency of use of the layout type. The apparatus sets a display format of the medical images automatically based upon the frequency of use of this layout type. There is a good possibility that a layout type having a high frequency of use will reflect the preference of the reader (observer).

  • Publication number: 20060265252
Abstract: Processing of searching for personal information and image processing parameters specified by image identification information (S31) and specifying readable elements of the readout personal information to be transmitted to a user terminal is executed (S32). Of the elements contained in the personal information searched in step S31, the elements specified in step S32 are read out (S33). Medical image data specified by image identification information is searched for and subjected to image processing using the image processing parameters found in step S31 (S34). The elements read out in step S33 are added to the medical image data which has undergone image processing (S35), and the medical image is transmitted to the user terminal (S36).

  • Patent number: 7119841
Abstract: From among a group of taken images, an image suitable for inspection is identifiably displayed and can be arbitrarily selected. Also an image may be re-taken as a result of an instruction for re-taking the image and also displayed on a display. Images already taken prior to the re-taking of the image are displayed with a character or symbol, such as a cross mark, for easy identification by the operator. Also, the operator may arbitrarily select an image from the re-taken image and the already taken images.

  • Publication number: 20060222229
Abstract: This invention has as its object to provide an image processing system and a control method for the system, a photographing system and a control method for the system, and a computer-readable memory, which can efficiently photograph without any increase in X-ray dose for a person to be examined. To achieve this object, an output mode input section inputs an output mode representing the output format of an observation area as a to-be-output area in an image to an output medium. An output medium size input section inputs the size of the effective image area of the output medium. The output determination section determines the output method of the observation area on the basis of the observation area and contents input by the input sections.

  • Patent number: 7058158
Abstract: An X-ray apparatus capable of performing both computerized tomography (CT) imaging and usual radiography imaging (usual imaging) can realize high definition even in the usual imaging. In the X-ray apparatus, for the usual imaging, since a chair serving as a supporting structure for supporting a subject on a rotatable table is not required, the chair is withdrawn from an imaging field. The usual imaging is controlled so as to be permitted when the supporting structure is withdrawn from the imaging field. For imaging a knee, for example, sliding the chair allows imaging keeping the knee being in the rotation center. Therefore, a wide variety of imaging operations can be realized with a single flat-panel sensor.

  • Publication number: 20060033728
Abstract: Range information associated with the range of an image group of a plurality of image which is to be displayed is designated. The designated range information is stored. Image processing is performed for each image of the image group corresponding to the stored range information to generate a display image group. The images of the generated display image group are switched to display an iamge on a display unit.

  • Patent number: 6954546
Abstract: Plural images photographed with an X-ray photographing system are consecutively input and plural photographing images of optional sizes are arranged in an output area. When the plural photographing images can not be arranged in the output area as a result of the arrangement, marginal portions of the photographing images are deleted on the basis of widths of photographing image arranging areas or a width of a runover image and the images are arranged once again. On the basis of a final arrangement result, the images are output to a laser imager or the like for printout on a film or the like.
