  • Patent number: 4679925
Abstract: A camera having different sequences of operations between single-frame and continous shootings. In the single frame shooting, after both charging and film winding operations have terminated, the next sequence is readied to start, while at the continuous shooting, the termination of the charging operation is made coincide with the initiation of the next sequence and it goes on until just before the shutter is opened, as the winding operation in the preceding sequence is not completed yet.

  • Patent number: 4671635
Abstract: A motorized camera having a reversible wind-up motor, a wind-up transmission system whose speed reduction ratio is changed over between small and large values depending on the direction of rotation of the wind-up motor, a rewind transmission system whose motion is routed to the wind-up transmisison system through the roll of film when in rewind mode, and changeover control means responsive to the initiation of a rewinding operation for setting the wind-up transmission system to the small value of the speed reduction ratio.

  • Patent number: 4659201
Abstract: A drive device for a camera in which the charging of the various portions of the camera and the film transportation are carried out by a plurality of motors individually solely used therefor, whereby control means is provided for controlling the driving of all the motors in such a manner that after the termination of the shutter operation, the initiations of current supply to the plurality of motors are displaced so that the rush currents to these motors are prevented from superimposing one upon another.

  • Patent number: 4534633
Abstract: A delay mechanism for a single lens reflex camera including a release member for releasing the holding member of a leading shutter curtain and a speed lowering mechanism for lowering the speed of the operation of the release member, whereby when the release member is in a range in which holding action by the holding member is to be released, the speed lowering mechanism does not impart a speed lowering effect to the release member.

  • Patent number: 4498750
Abstract: A reflex mirror for reflecting light from an objective lens to a penta prism is provided with a light-permeable portion for conducting part of the light to behind the reflex mirror and with a shutter plate for shielding this light-permeable portion. When the reflex mirror reaches an exposing position after being moved from a viewing position, the shutter plate comes into engagement with a member and it takes a light-shielding position. This member is made adjustable in position, thereby enabling achievement of an accurate light-shielding position of the permeable portion by the shutter plate when the reflex mirror is in the exposing position.
