    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a memory device includes providing a substrate and sequentially forming a stack layer and a hard mask layer on the substrate. The method includes forming a first patterned mandrel and a plurality of second patterned mandrels on the hard mask layer, wherein the first patterned mandrel is adjacent to and spaced apart from an end of the second patterned mandrels in the first direction. The method further includes using the first patterned mandrel and the second patterned mandrels as masks, patterning the hard mask layer and the stack layer sequentially to form a dummy structure and a plurality of word lines separated from each other on the substrate. A portion of the stack layer corresponding to the first mandrel is formed into the dummy structure, and a portion of the stack layer corresponding to the second patterned mandrels is formed into the word lines.

    Abstract: A slide module structure of a drawer is composed of inner and outer slides. The inner slide includes two protrusions and a latch with a clamping arm on both ends. The outer slide includes a resuming base corresponding to the latch. The resuming base includes a slide slot for embedding a protrusion. A curved hook at the bottom of the driving member is hooked to the recession, and a guide clamping portion is at a front end for driving the latch, and a pressing portion is at a rear end. After the slide module is installed to the drawer, the latch of the inner slide and the resuming base and driving member of the outer slide are operated interactively to achieve an automatic push-back effect when the drawer is pushed back to its closed position, so as to prevent components of the drawer from being damaged.

    Abstract: A drawer slide module structure is composed of an inner slide and an outer slide. The inner slide includes a latch body installed therein, and an indent and an end portion disposed at innermost positions on both sides of the inner slide. The outer slide includes a resuming base disposed at a position corresponding to the latch body of the inner slide, and a locking base installed at a rear side of the resuming base. With the design of a driving member in the resuming base swung with a link member as an axle point, the driving member and the link member will not be damaged, when the drawer is pushed back; if one of the drawers in the whole cabinet is pulled open, the locking base will latch the inner slides of other drawers, so that other drawers will not fall out freely.

    Abstract: An improved structure slide track assembly comprised of an inner track, it having a check element on its exterior surface and a solid, stepped crown extending from the top of the check element and an outer track that contains a ball bearing channel rail and a center track. The ball bearing channel rail has a reticulated catch slot that is engaged by a spring-based pawl of the center track guide sleeve into a unitary structural entity. When the drawer is installed onto the outer tracks, while the check element stepped crowns at the drawer inner tracks force down press sections on the guide sleeves to disengage the ball bearing channel rails from the center tracks and enable easy sliding with the drawer. As such, the present invention achieves efficient installation and the protection of the ball bearing channel rails to prevent damage due to inappropriate installation.
