Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a slide module structure of a drawer, and more particularly to a slide module composed of an inner slide and an outer slide and installed into a drawer, such that a latch of the inner slide and a resuming base and a driving member of the outer slide are operated interactively to achieve an automatic push-back effect when the drawer is pushed back to its closed position, so as to prevent components of the drawer from being damaged easily.

2) Description of the Prior Art

Referring to FIG. 1 for the design of an automatic resuming structure after a drawer is opened, both lateral surfaces of an inner slide A have a right-angled slide slot A1 provided for a lump B to be pulled by a spring C in the inner slide, such that after the outer slide D of the drawer is pulled out, a notch D1 of the outer slide D pushes the protrusion B1 of the lump B to move accordingly, and a transverse latch portion B2 on the lump B moves together with the slide slot A1 to the right-angled bending position A11 for positioning, such that the notch D1 of the outer slide D is separated from the protrusion B1 of the lump B and moved to a predetermined position. On the other hand, if the drawer is pushed back to its closed position, then the notch D1 of the outer slide D is sheathed to the protrusion B1 of the lump B again, and pulled back by the resilience of the spring C (as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B). However, when the drawer is pushed back to its closed position, the transverse latch portion B2 of the lump B must be separated from the right-angled bending position A11 of the slide slot A1 first before the protrusion B1 can be engaged with the notch D1 of the outer slide D. Now, the outer slide D is in contact with the lump B, but the transverse latch portion B2 on the lump B is latched with the right-angled bending position A11 of the slide slot A1 and cannot be separated, such that if a pushing force is applied continuously, the entire lump B will be deformed (as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B), and the protrusion B1 of the deformed lump B cannot be resumed to its position to engage with the notch D1 of the outer slide D anymore.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention based on the aforementioned actual situation to develop a slide structure in accordance with the present invention.

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, and the slide module is composed of an inner slide and an outer slide, such that after the inner and outer slides of the slide module are installed to the drawer, a latch of the inner slide and a resuming base and a driving member of the outer slide are operated interactively to achieve an automatic push-back effect when the drawer is pushed back to its closed position, so as to prevent components of the drawer from being damaged.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, wherein two progressively protruding aslant protrusions are disposed on the inner slide, and a latch having a clamping arm separately on both ends of the latch is installed.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, wherein the resuming base is disposed on the outer slide and corresponding to the latch of the inner slide latch, and a spring module is installed between the bottom of the resuming base and the outer slide, and the driving member is installed in the recession of the resuming base.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, wherein the resuming base has a slender slide slot disposed separately on both distal surfaces of the recession for embedding protrusions at the front and middle positions of both left and right ends of the driving member.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, wherein a curved hook is installed at the bottom of the driving member in the recession of the resuming base for hooking a middle position of the spring module installed in the recession of the resuming base, and a guide clamping portion is disposed at a front end of the hook for driving the latch of the inner slide, and a pressing portion is disposed at a rear end of the hook.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, wherein when the inner slide is installed to the outer slide, and two progressively protruding aslant protrusions of the inner slide are passed through the driving member that is disposed at the resuming base of the outer slide and latched at a guide clamped portion at the front end of the driving member by a clamping arm on both ends of the latch. If the inner slide is moved outward, the driving member will be moved in a horizontal position correspondingly, so that the protrusions at the front and middle positions of both left and right ends of the driving member are limited within the slide slot on both distal surfaces of the recession of the resuming base for its operation. Until the protrusion disposed separately on both left and right front ends of the driving member is entered into an arc position at the utmost front end of the slide slot, such that an axial point of the protrusion at a middle of the driving member is moved downward, the guide clamped portion at the front end of the driving member is separated from the clamping arms on both ends of the latch.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a slide module structure of a drawer, such that when the inner slide is pushed back to its closed position, the two progressively protruding aslant protrusions on the inner slide gradually press the pressing portion to be raised from a rear end of the driving member, and the protrusion at the front end of the driving member is separated from the arc position at the utmost front of the slide slot and returned to the horizontal slide slot. Meanwhile, the guide clamped portion at the front end of the driving member is entered between the clamping arms on both ends of the latch, and the resilience of the spring module pushes the inner slide back to its original position, so that the interactive operations of the latch of the inner slide and the resuming base and driving member of the outer slide can achieve the effect of an automatic resuming operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 4A and 4B, a slide module structure of a drawer in accordance with the present invention comprises an inner slide 1, a latch 2, an outer slide 3, a resuming base 4, and a driving member 5. The inner slide 1 includes two progressively protruding aslant protrusions 11 and a latch 2 with a clamping arm 21 disposed separately on both ends. The outer slide 3 includes a resuming base 4 disposed at a position corresponding to the latch 2 of the inner slide 1, and a slender slide slot 42 disposed separately on both distal surfaces of a recession 41 of the resuming base 4 for embedding a protrusion 51, 52 separately into front and middle positions of both left and right ends of the driving member 5. The protrusions 51, 52 are disposed at front and middle positions of both left and right ends of the driving member 5 respectively, and a guide clamping portion 53 is disposed at a front end of each protrusion 51, 52, and a pressing portion 54 is disposed at a rear end of each protrusion 51, 52, and a curved hook 55 is disposed at the bottom of the protrusion 51, 52 for latching a middle position of a spring module 4A installed in the recession 41 of the resuming base 4.

After the slide modules are installed to a drawer cabinet, and when the inner slide 1 is installed to the outer slide 3 as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B), the two progressively protruding aslant protrusions 11 of the inner slide 1 are passed through the driving member 5 disposed at the resuming base 4 of the outer slide 3, and then latched to a guide clamped portion 53 at the front end of the driving member 5 by the clamping arms 21 on both ends of the latch 2 (as shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B and FIGS. 7A, 7B). When the inner slide 1 is moved outward, the driving member 5 is driven to move horizontally, so that the protrusions 51, 52 at front and middle positions of both left and right ends of the driving member 5 are limited within the slide slots 42 on both distal surfaces of the recession 41 of the resuming base 4 for their operation. Until the protrusion 51 on both left and right front ends of the driving member 5 is entered into an arc position 421 at the utmost front of the slide slot 42, an axial point of the protrusion 52 at the middle of the driving member 5 is moved downward, so that the guide clamped portion 53 at the front end of the driving member 5 is separated from the clamping arm 21 on both ends of the latch 2 (as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B).

Since the driving member 5 is acted by the latch 2 to enter the protrusion 51 at the front end, the arc position 421 at the utmost front of the slide slot 42 is moved downward to drive the pressing portion 54 at the rear end of the driving member 5 to raise with respect to the axial point of the protrusion 52 at the middle position. When the inner slide 1 is pushed back to its closed position, the two progressively protruding aslant protrusions 11 on the inner slide 1 gradually press the pressing portion 54 to be raised at the rear end of the driving member 5 to separate the protrusion 51 at the front end of the driving member 5 from the arc position 421 at the utmost front of the slide slot 42 and return to the horizontal slide slot 42. Meanwhile, the guide clamped portion 53 at the front end of the driving member 5 is entered between the clamping arms 21 on both ends of the latch 2, and the inner slide 1 is pushed back to its original position by the resilience of the spring module 4A (as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B). The interactive operation of the latch 2 of the inner slide 1 and the resuming base 4 and driving member 5 of the outer slide 3, the effect of an automatic returning operation can be achieved.

In summation of the description above, the invention is definitely in compliance with the requirements of patent application, and is thus duly filed for patent application.
