Abstract: A carrier structure is provided, in which at least one positioning area is defined on a chip-placement area of a package substrate, and at least one alignment portion is disposed on the positioning area. Therefore, the precision of manufacturing the alignment portion is improved by disposing the positioning area on the chip-placement area, such that the carrier structure can provide a better alignment mechanism for the chip placement operation.

Abstract: A method for performing memory access of a Flash cell of a Flash memory includes: performing a series of sensing operations respectively corresponding to a plurality of sensing voltages, wherein a sensing voltage of a specific sensing operation of the series of sensing operations has a sensing voltage determined according to a result of an initial sensing operation of the series of sensing operations; determining a threshold voltage of the Flash cell according to at least a digital value generated by the series of sensing operations; and using the determined threshold voltage to perform soft decoding of the Flash cell.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-state one-time programmable (MSOTP) memory circuit including a memory cell and a programming voltage driving circuit. The memory cell includes a MOS storage transistor, a first MOS access transistor and a second MOS access transistor electrically connected to store two bits of data. When the memory cell is in a writing state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a writing control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor, and when the memory cell is in a reading state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a reading control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor.

Abstract: DHCP methods adopted by a slave device connected to a host device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a DHCP discover message from the host device; in response to the DHCP discover message, transmitting a DHCP offer message containing a DHCP renewal time configuration to the host device; receiving a DHCP request message from the host device; and in response to the DHCP request message, transmitting a DHCP acknowledgement message containing a client Internet Protocol (IP) address and the DHCP renewal time configuration to the host device.

Abstract: A mobile communications device, operating as a Mobile Terminal (MT), is provided. In the mobile communications device, a receiver is configured to receive a DHCPv6 INFORMATION-REQUEST message from a Terminal Equipment (TE). A processor is configured to generate a DHCPv6 REPLY message when the MT gets at least one of an IPv6 DNS and a SIP server address. In addition, a transmitter is configured to transmit the DHCPv6 REPLY message to the TE. In operation, the MT transmits the DHCPv6 REPLY message to the TE according to at least one of the DNS and SIP server address from a service network or pre-stored in a memory.

Abstract: A mobile communications device, operating as a Mobile Terminal (MT), is provided. In the mobile communications device, a receiver is configured to receive a Router Advertisement from a service network, a processor is configured to set an O-Flag of the Router Advertisement to 1 when the O-Flag of the Router Advertisement from the service network is set to 0, and a transmitter is configured to transmit the Router Advertisement to a Terminal Equipment (TE), wherein the TE transmits a DHCPv6 INFORMATION-REQUEST message to the MT when the TE receives the Router Advertisement.

Abstract: A spanner head orientation positioning device comprises a spanner head, a handle, and a buckle. One end of the spanner head has a convex pivotal end. The pivotal end has an axial hole; and one outer end of the pivotal end has an inclined cambered surface. The buckle is installed between the spanner head and the handle and is a block; one end of the buckle with respect to the spanner head is formed with a concave cambered surface. The cambered surface has a configuration corresponding to the inclined cambered surface of the handle. Thereby, by above components, the buckle slides between two sides of the concave cambered surface, and thus an orientation of the handle is adjustable.
