  • Publication number: 20040103765
Abstract: A spanner head orientation positioning device comprises a spanner head, a handle, and a buckle. One end of the spanner head has a convex pivotal end. The pivotal end has an axial hole; and one outer end of the pivotal end has an inclined cambered surface. The buckle is installed between the spanner head and the handle and is a block; one end of the buckle with respect to the spanner head is formed with a concave cambered surface. The cambered surface has a configuration corresponding to the inclined cambered surface of the handle. Thereby, by above components, the buckle slides between two sides of the concave cambered surface, and thus an orientation of the handle is adjustable.

  • Publication number: 20040083857
Abstract: A unidirectional bucking device of a ratchet wrench comprises a wrench body, a ratchet wheel, a brake block, an elastomer, and a plug cover. An outer periphery of the ratchet wheel is formed with a teeth portion and an inner side of the ratchet wheel is formed with a clamping seat. One end of the brake block is formed as a braking surface. A taper space with an apex having an angle is formed between the braking surface and the receiving groove so that when the brake block is engaged and braked by the ratchet wheel. The brake block moves through a small extent so as to adjust the engagement of the teeth portion and the ratchet teeth portion and the teeth portion, and the ratchet wheel are hidden within the receiving groove.

  • Publication number: 20040083859
Abstract: A high twisting ratchet wrench comprises a wrench body, a ratchet body, an adjusting means; two brake blocks, and two elastomers. The ratchet body, brake blocks and elastomers are installed in a head at one end of the wrench body. Each brake block is installed within one of two actuating grooves in inner edges of the head. An outer peripheral surface of each brake block has a plurality of buckling teeth. The head of the wrench body has two actuating grooves for receiving the brake blocks. Each actuating groove has a rectangular shape. A cross sectional view of each brake block has a rectangular shape. Thus, the area of the buckling teeth is increased so as to increase a contact area of the brake blocks and the ratchet body and thus the twisting force of the wrench body applied to an object locating within the ratchet body is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20040084342
Abstract: A magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox comprises a toolbox and a positioning plate. The toolbox has a box cover and a box seat. A tool set is placed within the box seat. A positioning plate being placed upon the box cover. The positioning plate is a magnetic means corresponding to the box cover for absorbing magnetic induced means so that in operation, some tools can be placed on the positioning plate to make the operation conveniently and easily. The magnetic induced means is selected from one of hand tool, screws, and small parts. A plurality of suspending holes are formed on the positioning plate so that the positioning plate is suspended on a wall.

  • Publication number: 20040052069
Abstract: A handle has a rod body and a handle. The rod body and the handle are installed with an illuminating device and driving structures. The rod body is formed by a first driving rod and a second driving rod. One end of the rod body is formed with a driving structure which is formed by a teethed half ball. One end of the second driving rod is installed with an opener head and another end of the second driving rod is formed with another driving structure which is a teethed half ball. The driving structure of the first driving rod and the driving structure of the second driving rod are engaged and then they are sleeved by the sleeve; thereby, the rod body can be bent with a predetermined angle and has a function of illumination.

  • Publication number: 20030188605
Abstract: A hand tool with three connecting bodies comprises a handle body and at least two connecting bodies for being connected to screwing tools. The handle body is an approximate T shape body. Two ends thereof are installed with a first connecting body and a second connecting body. The handle body has a cruciform-like pivotal hole. A center of the hole is vertical to an axis of the handle body. A cruciform-like pivotal elastomer is tightly engaged in the pivotal hole. A third connecting body has a pivotal end. The pivotal end of the third connecting body is inserted into the pivotal hole. Thereby, the first, second and third connecting bodies are capable of being engaged with sleeve form openers, hexagonal openers and other screwing tools.
