  • Publication number: 20200141515
Abstract: A pilot type solenoid valve may include a movable core including a main valve and a pilot valve. The main valve may open or close a valve seat. The pilot valve may be connected to a base end side of the main valve and may be axially movable alone such that the movable core is biased in a closing direction by a spring and is slidable in a guide sleeve of a fixed core wound with an electromagnetic coil. When the pilot type solenoid valve is fully open by a electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic coil, a contact portion of the main valve may contact a contacted portion of the guide sleeve to restrict movement of the main valve toward a base end, and the pilot valve may be sucked and held in a state where a base end of the pilot valve does not contact the fixed core.

  • Patent number: 10265908
Abstract: A blank sheet including a plurality of main fibers arranged in parallel with each other, auxiliary fibers and a resin that consolidates the fibers is heated to a temperature at which the resin softens, and then pressed against a fan blade mold with the direction of the main fibers aligned with the longitudinal direction of the fan blade mold. The fan blade mold is shaped so that the length thereof in the longitudinal direction along the surface of a center part thereof in the width direction is shorter than the length thereof in the longitudinal direction along the surface of end parts thereof in the width direction. When the blank sheet is pressed against the fan blade mold, a center part in the width direction of the blank sheet at an end part in the longitudinal direction is pulled with a greater force than end parts in the width direction of the blank sheet at the end part in the longitudinal direction, thereby preventing occurrence of wrinkling.

  • Publication number: 20180104862
Abstract: A fiber reinforced composite member molding apparatus comprises a pair of mold parts which are brought nearer to and away from each other, and in a mold clamping state, clamp laminated sheets of prepreg formed of woven fiber fabric impregnated with resin, and heat sources for heating the resin in the prepreg through the pair of mold parts, wherein the two mold parts each comprise a base mold and a design mold which is detachably attached to the base mold and brought into contact with the prepreg, wherein the design molds of the mold parts are made of a metal lower in thermal expansion rate than the base molds. The mold parts having such split structure can reduce the burden on operators handling replacement of the mold parts, and also can suppress, during heating for molding, the influence of thermal expansion of the mold parts upon a to-be-molded fiber reinforced composite member.

  • Publication number: 20180093398
Abstract: In a fiber reinforced composite member molding apparatus comprising a lower mold having a cavity, an upper mold having a core which, in a mold clamping state, engages with the cavity in the lower mold and thereby clamps layered prepreg, and heat sources for heating the layered prepreg through the lower mold and the upper mold, and adapted to mold a fiber reinforced composite member from the layered prepreg by applying pressure while heating resin in the layered prepreg between the lower mold and the upper mold by the heat sources, the lower mold is equipped with a cavity heat-escape prevention portion and the upper mold is equipped with a core heat-escape prevention portion. During heating for molding, escape of heat from the periphery of the cavity of the upper mold and the periphery of the core of the lower mold can be prevented, which allows a fiber reinforced composite member to be molded with almost no defects such as wrinkles.
