The sleeve is connected to and enclosed by the housing, and a cavity is formed between the sleeve and the housing. The atomizing core and the heating element are fixedly disposed in the sleeve. The atomizing core includes a first surface and a second surface which are disposed back to back. The sleeve includes a main body through which e-liquid flows from the cavity into the sleeve and accumulates around the first surface of the atomizing core. The heating element is surrounded by the second surface of the atomizing core.
