The network node measures, at a primary node (MN) or a secondary node (SN), a data burst statistic for the network node, the data burst statistic being based on at least one of a burst level throughput or a packet loss measurement for a data burst between the UE and the MN based on a first bearer in the split bearer configuration or between the UE and the SN based on a second bearer in the split bearer configuration. The network node provides the data burst statistic from the network node to at least one of the MN or a core network component.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a Double Metal Cyanide (DMC) catalyst(s) useful for the production of polyether polyols (PEPO) and a less energy intensive room temperature method for the synthesis thereof. The catalyst(s) comprises of a DMC complex, an organic complexing agent, i.e., ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and other co-complexing organic agents, e.g., t-BuOH, PEPO of composition ranging from about 1 to 10 wt %, wherein the average molecular weight of PEPO used ranged from 200 to 1000. A method of preparing a series of DMC catalyst(s) at room temperature with varying compositional ratios of the complexing and co-complexing agents targeting a wide range of PEPO of varying kinematic viscosity range is also disclosed. These DMC catalyst(s) are amorphous, highly active, and easily separable from product PEPO with recyclability/recoverability, making the product PEPO better industrially applicable and DMC catalyst more cost-effective.

    Abstract: Systems and methods described herein enable user-aware and application-aware dynamic slicing for mobile networks. A network device in a provider network receives a dynamic slice request from a client application. The dynamic slice request includes authorization credentials and a quality of service (QoS) indication for the client application. In response to the dynamic slice request, the network device generates a traffic descriptor value. The traffic descriptor value includes an access token that indicates the QoS authorized for the client application. The network device pushes updated UE Route Selection Policy (URSP) rules to a modem of the UE device, and also separately directs the traffic descriptor value to the client application. The network device receives, from the UE device, a protocol data unit (PDU) session establishment request that includes network slice selection information based on the traffic descriptor value.
