A button is disposed on the dial that selectively locks and unlocks rotational movement of the dial. A fastener is disposed on a bottom end of the dial, wherein the fastener secures the dial to a surface. The fastener can be a magnet that secures the attachable bedside urinal holder to a metal surface.
