Machine learning is used to predict a likelihood of the disease being present in a second plant at a second geo position, based on the received data; first and second historical records of the first and second geo positions respectively; and first and second environmental variables indicating the local environment at the first and second geo positions respectively. A disease indicator is generated, indicating the likelihood of the disease being present in the second plant, and provided to a treatment unit to treat the second plant and reduce the likelihood of the disease occurring at the second plant.

In embodiments, the CCD system is implemented as an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) system that allows a user to create a cloud configuration definition that describes proposed configuration changes to the cloud environment.
