Abstract: The present invention provides HIV-1 vaccine immunogens. Some of the immunogens contain a soluble gp140-derived protein that harbors a modified N-terminus of the HR1 region in gp41. Some of the immunogens contain an HIV-1 Env-derived trimer protein that is presented on a nanoparticle platform. The invention also provides methods of using the HIV-1 vaccine immunogens for eliciting an immune response or treating HIV infections.

Abstract: Each of a plurality of wire web components predicted to be included in a graphical user interface (GUI) for presentation at a client machine. Each data object instance may be associated with a respective data object instance identifier and a respective one or more data object fields. A wire web component graph that includes a plurality of nodes may be constructed. A node may correspond to a wire web component, a data object field, or an application procedure interface (API). One or more of the data values may be retrieved from the respective APIs based on the wire web component graph. A GUI message including the retrieved data values and the wire web component graph may be transmitted to the client machine.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosures for scheduling code in a multiprocessor system. Code is portioned into code blocks by a compiler. The compiler schedules execution of code blocks in nodes. The nodes are connected in a directed acyclical graph with a top node, terminal node and a plurality of intermediate nodes. Execution of the top node is initiated by the compiler. After executing at least one instance of the top node, an instruction in the code block indicates to the scheduler to initiate at least one intermediary node. The scheduler schedules a thread for execution of the intermediary node. The data for the nodes resides in a plurality of data buffers; the index to the data buffer is stored in a command buffer.

The process comprises preheating a hydrocarbon gas stream to a temperature between 500° C. and 700° C. and injecting the pre-heated hydrocarbon gas stream into the reactor pool of a liquid metal reactor containing a liquid media; forming a multi-phase flow with a hydrocarbon gas comprising hydrogen and solid carbon at a temperature between 900° C. and 1200° C.; forming a carbon layer on the free surface of the liquid media made up of solid carbon particles which are then displaced into at least one carbon extraction system and at least one recipient for collecting them; and, at the same time, the gas comprising hydrogen leaves the reactor pool through a porous rigid section, being collected at a gas outlet collector from where the gas comprising hydrogen finally leaves the liquid metal reactor.

First printer configuration data may be determined by searching a first data structure using a combination of the first category data, the second data, and the third data. The first input image data and the first printer configuration data may be sent to the first printer.
