Abstract: The present invention includes methods and apparatus for repairing an electrical connection between bipolar electrodes contained within an electrostatic chuck and a conductive mask disposed atop the electrostatic chuck, known as a balancing circuit. Embodiments of the invention are particularly useful after removal of an electrostatic chuck for refurbishment.

There may be three components, a web portal and toolbar component, a modeling component, and a scoring component. The web portal and toolbar component presents content items and collects data. The web portal and toolbar component generates user event data based on the user actions. The user event data is forwarded to the modeling component. The modeling component generates content scoring functions based on user event data and attributes of content items. Content scoring functions may be unique to individual user segments. The content scoring functions based on content features generate probability a content item will be viewed. The scoring component decides which content items are placed in a portal. The scoring component uses the scoring functions generated by the modeling component to rank content items in real time.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that allow inter-working between communication networks for the delivery of service to mobile nodes. A gateway is provided that communicates with a femto cell to extend service to an area that otherwise does not receive coverage from a service provider. The femto cell is a small scale base station used to provide coverage over a small area (such as a home or business), and connect to a home or enterprise network. The femto cell provides service for a mobile node and a gateway permits communication over a broadband network. The gateway integrates the mobile nodes connecting via a femto cell into the service provider's network. The gateway also allows provisioning of services and applications, control of service levels, and provides seamless handoffs to macro base stations and other types of access technologies such as Wi-Fi.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for use in higher-order-knowledge-based searching of content available from a network of data-storage devices. In various embodiments, at least one computational expression representative of a relational framework for content is identified and provided to an information retrieval system for use in searching for content desired by a user. The relational framework for content may include rules, expressions, equations, and/or constraints, which bind, relate, or associate certain content with other content. A computational expression may be determined from processing structured data. The structured data may be identified during crawling of a network or may be expressly provided to an extractor. Use of a computational expression by an information retrieval system may more efficiently and accurately return desired content to a user than is possible with traditional information searching methods.
