  • Publication number: 20230169175
Abstract: A computer implemented method manages zero-day vulnerabilities in an application package having a set of components. The computer ingests data about potential vulnerabilities from a plurality of data sources. Using a set of machine learning models, the computer predicts a vulnerability based on of the data that was ingested. The computer performs a code analysis of the set of components to identify a possibility of the vulnerability impacting the application package. The computer generates a recommendation to resolve the vulnerability based on the code analysis and the data that was ingested. The computer manages the recommendation in a private blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11658964
Abstract: A system configured for implementing continuous authentication for a software application is disclosed. The system receives a request from a user to login to an account of the user on the software application. The software application uses open authentication to allow the user to login to the account of the user. Once the user is logged in, the system activates continuous authentication based on monitored user behavior information associated with the user received from one or more organizations. The system monitors accessing the account of the user by monitoring behaviors of a person accessing the account of the user. The system determines whether the behaviors of that person correspond to the monitored user behavior information of the user. If the behaviors of that person correspond to the monitored user behavior information of the user, the system grants the first person to the account of the first user.

  • Publication number: 20230143593
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods of maintaining databases of biomedical images. A server may aggregate digital pathology records from data sources onto a database. Each record may be generated by a data source using a format, and may identify a biomedical image of a sample and data identifying a subject from which the sample is obtained. The server may receive, from a client device, a query identifying a criterion. The server may access the database to identify a subset of records using the criterion. For each record of the subset, the server may identify a data source that generated the record. The server may select a de-identification policy to apply based on the data source. The server may modify the data in the record according to the de-identification policy and the format. The server may provide, to the client device, the de-identified record.

  • Patent number: 11645297
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for implementing a smart database driver are disclosed. A receiver receives a request for establishing a connection between an application and a target database. A processor, operatively coupled to the receiver via a communication network, authenticates the application by implementing a java authentication authorization service (jaas). Authentication of the application is performed at runtime with connection properties and configuration details provided via system properties or environment variables. The processor also generates a database connection uniform resource locator (URL), validates the URL; and establishes a connection between the application and the target database based on the validation of the URL and successful authentication of the application.

  • Publication number: 20230136134
Abstract: Described herein is a method and system for communication in an edge network that interconnects with eNodeB (4G) (108) or gNB (5G) (116). A light mobile core with an IP interface interconnects the edge network with eNodeB (4G) (108) or gNB (5G) (116). Mobile traffic is offloaded at the edge either fully or partially, rather than have the full data ripple through the entire 4G or 5G network to one of the following: Internet, MEC (Multi-Access Edge Compute) platform or a specialized edge cache or edge compute node. The system maintains conformance with 3GPP standards and does not disrupt the S1 interface between eNodeB (108) and EPC (Evolved Packet Core) in 4G networks, and does not disrupt the N3 interface between gNB and core in 5G networks. The system described herein provides the full functionality of 4G or 5G mobile core, and comprises control plane and data plane components.

  • Patent number: 11640365
Abstract: Embodiments relate to an integrated circuit of an electronic device that coordinates activities with another integrated circuit of the electronic device. The integrated circuit includes an interface circuit and a processor circuit. The interface circuit communicates over a multi-drop bus connected to multiple electronic components. The processor circuit receives an authorization request from the integrated circuit via the interface circuit and the multi-drop bus. The received authorization request relates to authorization to perform an activity on the other integrated circuit. In response to receiving the authorization request, the processor circuit determines whether the other integrated circuit is authorized to execute the activity.

  • Publication number: 20230125449
Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for consistent schemaless and scalable database storage are described herein. A data object is generated. The data object corresponds to a column of a table from a database. The data object includes information regarding an order that is placed over a network publication system. The data object is stored in the column of the table in the database. A request to access the data object is received from a device of a first user. The data object is transmitted to the device of the first user. The data is kept coherent during concurrent updates by using optimistic locks. The data is kept backward and forward compatible utilizing intermediate data structures common to both versions of the software. The data is kept searchable by using lookup indexes. The storage system is kept scalable by sharing data across many databases.

  • Patent number: 11636921
Abstract: Systems and methods for inferring a status of a cell population are provided. Described techniques allow deconvolving a first clonal population comprising a first plurality of cells of a species, wherein nucleic acid sequence reads from each cell in the first plurality of cells are obtained. The nucleic acid sequence reads are mapped into bins representing portions of a reference genome, and a pattern of sequence read counts for each cell across the multiple bins is used to assign a cell to a group, thereby inferring a mitotic status of the cell. The assignment of nucleic acid sequence reads into bins is also be used for segregating cells into classes based on a status of a certain biological marker in each cell. Comparison of sequence read counts for a subset of bins across the cell classes allows evaluating effect of a compound on a cell status.

  • Patent number: 11630908
Abstract: Secure access to data within a communications platform is provided on a need-to-know basis. Inputs provided at the communication platform are intercepted and cognitively analyzed to determine context of the interaction and related data requirements. In response, data access rules are generated and/or retrieved and applied at an access gateway. As data requests as received from the called party from within the communications platform, the data access rules are applied to the request to determine if a match exists and, if so, data access rules-based access is provided to the data. In response to determining the context of the interaction, a context access token is generated and communicated to a virtual database assembler, which assembles a virtual database that only contains data responsive to the context of the interaction.

  • Patent number: 11632365
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for automatically establishing a communication between two or more applications that do not share a compatible authentication model are disclosed. A receiver receives a request from a first application to communicate with a second application, wherein the first application supports a first authentication model and the second application supports a second authentication model which is incompatible with the first authentication model. A processor utilizes a configurable gateway layer, in response to receiving the request, to mediate a communication between the first application and the second application; and routes the request from the first application to the configurable gateway layer. The configurable gateway layer translates the first authentication model to the second authentication model.

  • Publication number: 20230111257
Abstract: Disclosed approaches for accumulating pre-carry data include initializing hold sum to a sum of a LSB of the first pre-carry word of an input stream and an MSB of a second pre-carry word by a pre-carry processing circuit. For successive pre-carry words, the LSB of pre-carry word i and the MSB of pre-carry word i+1 are summed into a next sum. An FFcount is incremented by an adder circuit if the LSB of the next sum is equal to 0xFF. If the LSB of the next sum is not equal to 0xFF, the pre-carry processing circuit outputs either: the hold sum followed by FFcount consecutive 0xFF values, if the MSB of the next sum is equal to 0x00, or the hold sum plus one, followed by FFcount consecutive 0x00 values, if the MSB of the next sum is not equal to 0x00. If the LSB of the next sum is not equal to 0xFF, the hold sum is updated with the LSB of the next sum, and the FFcount is reset to 0. Processing repeats for successive pre-carry words in the stream.
