    Abstract: An object detection algorithm is selectively applied to frames in a video. A frame in the video is analyzed using a set of neural networks of the object detection algorithm to detect a location of an object in the frame and predict a bounding box for the object in the frame. A magnitude of a delta between the frame and a second frame is determined. The magnitude of the delta is determined based on a difference between the two frames in values of at least one parameter of their respective sets of pixels. Responsive to the magnitude of the delta being less than a threshold, a new bounding box is predicted for the object in the second frame without analyzing the second frame using the set of neural networks.

    Abstract: Technologies are provided for managing computer system resources using natural language statements. A natural language statement can be received from a user computing device by a management service. The natural language statement can be analyzed to identify an executable command, and the command can be executed against one or more system resources. If the system resources are located in separate computing environments, different operations can be used to target the system resources in the separate computing environments. A script repository can be searched to identify an executable script containing the command referenced by the received natural language statement. A message can be transmitted to the user device, recommending execution of the identified script. In a different or further embodiment, if a given user is not authorized to execute a given command or script, a request for authorization can be sent to a supervisor of the given user.

These probes demonstrate high initial brain penetration and facile clearance from non-targeted regions. Disclosed probes can bind A? aggregates of preformed A?1-42 fibrils in vitro and can be used to image fibrillar and diffuse plaques ex vivo in brain sections. Disclosed probes can be used to determine A? burden in early stages of AD. These probes can be used for multimodality imaging of A?. F-AI-187 (1 ?M) can detect A? plaques in brain sections of APP/PS1 mice. F-AI-187 (10 ?M) can detect A? plaques in the frontal lobe in a brain section of a patient with confirmed AD. Some probes can be used for fluorescence imaging of plaque.
