  • Publication number: 20250053416
Abstract: Techniques for improved software management in information processing systems are disclosed. For example, an apparatus comprises at least one processing platform comprising at least one processor coupled to at least one memory. The processing platform is configured to obtain a first data set indicative of a first version of a software package and a second data set indicative of a second version of the software package. The processing platform is further configured to perform a semantic comparison of at least a portion of the first data set with at least a portion of the second data set to compute a difference between the first version of the software package and the second version of the software package.

  • Patent number: 12182313
Abstract: A data processing system implements detecting that a first user device associated with a first user has added a first sponsored content item to a host electronic document by adding a first reference to the first sponsored content item to the host electronic document. The first sponsored content item is stored separately in a memory of a cloud-based service from the host electronic document. The data processing system further implements determining that the first user has permission to share the first sponsored content item with other users of the cloud-based service, generating sponsor information to associate the sponsored content item with the host electronic document to permit users having access to the host electronic document to access the sponsored content item, and storing the sponsor information in a sponsored access datastore.

  • Publication number: 20240254501
Abstract: The present invention provides recombinant DNA constructs, vectors and molecules useful for attenuating and/or refining the expression of a florigenic FT gene or transgene using targeting sequences of small RNA molecules. Transgenic plants, plant cells and tissues, and plant parts comprising the recombinant constructs, vectors, and molecules are also provided. Transgenic plants comprising a florigenic FT transgene may produce more bolls, siliques, fruits, nuts, or pods per node on the transgenic plant via suppression, relative to a control or wild type plant. Methods are further provided for introducing the recombinant DNA constructs, vectors, and molecules into a plant, and planting transgenic plants in the field including at higher densities. Transgenic plants of the present invention may provide greater yield potential than wild type or control plants.

  • Publication number: 20240226342
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for reactive oxygen species imaging agents. Compositions include a reactive oxygen species (ROS) imaging agent according to any one of Formulas (I-VI)a and (I-VII)b. Methods of detecting ROS in a subject include administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition comprising a reactive oxygen species (ROS) imaging agent according to any one of Formulas (I-VI)a and (I-VII)b, and exposing the subject to an imaging modality such as PET or CT. Administering the composition comprising the ROS imaging agent results in penetration of the ROS imaging agent into a membrane, oxidation of the ROS imaging 10 agent by ROS, and trapping of the ROS imaging agent in a cell membrane and intracellular compartments.
