  • Publication number: 20250252465
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for surfacing local merchants with enhanced rewards opportunities to customers. First, a computing device can determine that a merchant satisfies a qualification criterion and add the merchant to a list of qualified merchants. Then, the computing device can send a message to a client application executing on a client device associated with a transaction account, the notification indicating that the merchant is a qualified merchant. Then, the computing device receives a first message from the client device indicating that a user of the client device is travelling from a first location to the merchant. Later, the computing device receives a second message from the client device indicating that the user of the client device has arrived at the merchant. A distance traveled by the client device is calculated and award value is calculated based on the distance traveled.

  • Publication number: 20250252441
Abstract: An authentication system for financial transactions is disclosed. For non-disabled consumers, the authentication system sends authentication messages that have been formatted using a standard format that is easy for non-disabled consumers to interpret but which is more difficult for disabled consumers to accurately interpret. The authentication system assists disabled consumers by sending authentication messages to disabled consumers in a non-standard format that is easier to interpret than standard authentication messages.

  • Publication number: 20250247846
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. Embodiments disclosed herein describe a method and user equipment (UE) for delay status report (DSR) handling for extended reality (XR) within a communication network system. The method involves the UE detecting a transmission of a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) or a cancellation of the DSR that triggered a scheduling request (SR) for the DSR. The UE stops an ongoing random access procedure initiated due to the SR for the DSR, wherein the SR for the DSR lacks configuration of valid physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources. This solution offers an enhanced DSR handling mechanism that ensures efficient transmission and better scheduling for the XR applications in wireless networks.

  • Publication number: 20250245643
Abstract: A user interface provides insights with respect to modes of payments offered by merchants within a particular region of interest defined by a user in the user interface. Historic and real time transaction data are obtained and merged to create integrated records. Location information and payment modes for merchants are obtained from the integrated records. The location information and payment modes for merchants within a defined region of interest are automatically arranged in the user interface enabling the user to view, on a map and at a glance, a location of the merchants, which merchants offer particular modes of payment, and a success rate for the particular modes of payment for the merchants within the region of interest.

  • Patent number: 12375389
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device obtains data regarding routing decisions made by a machine learning-based predictive routing engine for a network. The device determines, based on the data regarding the routing decisions, a behavior of the machine learning-based predictive routing engine. The device compares the behavior of the machine learning-based predictive routing engine to a behavioral policy for the machine learning-based predictive routing engine. The device adjusts operation of the machine learning-based predictive routing engine, when the behavior of the machine learning-based predictive routing engine violates the behavioral policy.

  • Patent number: 12373513
Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for automatically detecting a change in screen content and generating a hint message in response. As another example, the system may auto-capture the detected change in the screen content instead of or in addition to the hint message. In one example, a method may include capturing user interface metadata of content being displayed by a client-side of the software application, activating a recorder that is configured to record events transmitted between the client-side and a server-side of the software application, receiving updated user interface metadata based on a user interaction on the client-side of the software application, determining that user interface content has changed based on a comparison of the captured user interface metadata to the updated user interface metadata, and displaying a hint message via the user interface of the client-side of the software application.

  • Patent number: 12339936
Abstract: The invention relates generally to a system and methods for protecting content, and more particularly to a system and methods for monitoring and reporting use of content to prevent and redress misuses of the same or similar content. The system may be configured to receive content from a registered user either directly from a client device or indirectly from a third party platform. That content may be processed and assigned a priority score based on one or more parameters. Once processed, a monitoring process may be initiated to scan a network for use of the same or similar content. Instances of use may be recorded and used to produce a report including one or more selectable actions in response to each instance of use. • Patent number: 12340358
Abstract: A software agent, comprising a machine learning algorithm trained to engage in a conversation with a customer to take an order, receives an utterance from a customer. The utterance is converted to text and an analysis of the text performed. If the software agent determines, based on the analysis, that the software agent is untrained to respond to the text, the software agent establishes a connection to a point-of-sale device associated with a human agent. The human agent may perform a modification (e.g., an edit to the text, a modification to a cart, or provide input) to a modifiable portion displayed by the point-of-sale device. The software agent, based at least in part on the modification, resumes the conversation with the customer. The human agent does not directly interact with the customer during the conversation between the software agent and the customer.

The method includes prompting a user to enter a password into an authentication software, where the password is responsive to selected user fingers, selected user fingerprints and a selected entry pattern of the user fingers and user fingerprints. A biometric sensing device is operated to obtain biometric data responsive to sensed user fingers, sensed user fingerprints and a sensed entry pattern. The biometric data is processed to determine characteristic features of at least one of the sensed user fingers, the sensed user fingerprints and the sensed entry pattern and the characteristic features is compared with the user data to determine if the characteristic features match the user data. The user is allowed or denied entry into a computer system responsive to whether the characteristic features match the user data.

  • Patent number: 12301435
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device identifies a plurality of online applications whose traffic is conveyed via an interface of a networking entity of a network. The device computes a relationship between a quality of experience metric for a particular online application in the plurality of online applications and a traffic volume associated with the interface for the plurality of online applications. The device makes, based on the relationship, a determination that degradation of the quality of experience metric for the particular online application is due to the traffic volume associated with the interface for the plurality of online applications. The device reconfigures, based on the determination, the networking entity to prioritize traffic for the particular online application.

Abstract: Methods and systems for handling power saving signals to improve power saving performance of UE. A method disclosed herein includes enabling, a User Equipment (UE), to monitor a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for downlink control information based on a reception of power saving signals from a Base Station with respect to a discontinuous-reception (DRX) cycle. The power saving signals include a Wake Up Signal (WUS), Go To Sleep (GTS) signal and PDCCH adaptation signal. The method further includes enabling the UE to monitor the PDCCH, if the WUS indicates presence of the PDCCH and enables the UE to skip the monitoring of the PDCCH during an On-duration of the DRX cycle, if the WUS indicates absence of the PDCCH. The method further includes enabling the UE to skip the monitoring of the PDCCH in an active time of the DRX cycle, on receiving the GTS signal.
