Disclosed is a method by a user equipment (UE) for controlling at least one of transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) and reporting a channel state information (CSI), including receiving, from a base station, configuration information indicating whether a transmission of CSI or an SRS during a multicast and broadcast service (MBS) multicast discontinuous reception (DRX) active time is allowed, and determining whether to transmit the CSI or the SRS within the MBS multicast DRX active time and outside a unicast DRX active time, based on the configuration information, wherein, in case that the transmission of the CSI or the SRS during the MBS multicast DRX active time is allowed based on the configuration information, the CSI or the SRS is transmitted within the MBS multicast DRX active time and outside the unicast DRX active time.

The system may include an external processing server that receives a location of a vehicle and proximate traffic information to determine whether it is safe for a user to obtain an initial vehicle profile. The external processing server may further determine first and second profile features from video data indicative of the vehicle. The external processing server may compare the second profile feature to an image verification indicator to generate an image verification score. A provider server may receive the first profile feature and the image verification score from the external processing server, and update a risk evaluation to include the initial vehicle profile if the image verification score is above an image verification threshold.

The device generates a configuration change for the network that would prevent the first application and the second application from being fate sharing applications, when application traffic for the first application negatively affects the behavioral metrics for the application traffic of the second application.
