  • Patent number: 11198109
Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to CCS sorbents, particularly for CO2/H2O displacement desorption process. The sorbents include an aluminum oxide support that includes two alkali metal salts impregnated on the support. The two alkali metals include a potassium metal salts and a second alkali metal salt which is not potassium. The second metal salt disrupts poisoning effects that degrade sorbent lifetime. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, via a first carrier associated with a first radio access technology, at least a first uplink grant from a base station. The UE may implement one or more backoff schemes. For example, the UE may transmit, using resources indicated by at least the first uplink grant, an uplink message based on a temperature of one or more components of the UE satisfying a threshold, the uplink message including a transport block (TB) indicating data, a buffer status report (BSR) associated with the data, one or more padding bytes different from the data, or any combination thereof. The UE may monitor for at least a second uplink grant from the base station during a first time period based on transmitting the uplink message.

  • Publication number: 20210282150
Abstract: A UE employing carrier aggregation receives an uplink grant from a wireless communication system base station for each of a plurality of Physical Uplink Shared CHannel (PUSCH) component carriers. The UE orders each PUSCH component carrier for transmission based at least in part on the uplink grant. The UE ranks logical channels for uplink transmission; and then builds transport blocks comprising data of higher ranked logical channels on higher ordered component carriers. The UE can then transmit the transport blocks across the component carriers to the base station.
