    Abstract: Systems and methods relate to auto-tagging of data in a data lake or a data storage. Generating a statistical summary of the data lake and interactively receiving data in a selected column of an exemplar data addresses an issue of efficiently and accurately auto-tagging data in a data lake. The present disclosure automatically generates a statistical summary of the data lake using a lightweight off-line processing. A graphical user interface interactively receives an exemplar data file with a selection of a column in the exemplar data file. A list of candidate data-tagging patterns is generated based on the statistical summary and updates the list by removing candidate data-tagging patterns that under-generalize the data. The present disclosure determines a data-tagging pattern by selecting a candidate data-tagging profile from the list based on having the least number of matching columns in the data lake.

    Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure facilitates performance of node management actions in a computing infrastructure having diverse node interfaces. In one embodiment, a configuration data is maintained, the configuration data specifying plugins designed to communicate with different node interfaces installed on the nodes of a computing infrastructure. The plugins are corresponding implementations of a common client interface. Upon receiving from the client application, via the common client interface, a management action to be performed on a desired node, the configuration data is inspected to identify a specific plugin corresponding to the node interface installed on the desired node. The node management action is then performed on the desired node using the identified specific plugin. Accordingly, the client application can be implemented agnostic to the specific node interfaces installed on a node.

A hierarchical resource-grouping construct, which is selected from hierarchical resource-grouping constructs in a user-defined hierarchical resource-grouping topology of a cloud computing service account, is registered by enumerating at least a subset of the constructs. The subset includes the selected construct and each other construct encompassed by the selected construct. Metadata is selectively extracted from the constructs that are included in the subset to provide extracted metadata based at least in part on one or more user-defined policies, which are assigned among the constructs that are included in the subset, indicating whether the metadata is to be extracted as a result of resources associated with the constructs included in the subset having specified attributes. A searchable catalog is generated that includes the extracted metadata.

    Abstract: Depth estimation of images using deep learning methods is a wide range of application in Augmented Reality, 3D graphics and robotics. Conventional methods are supervised, which requires explicit ground truth depth information for training and the conventional unsupervised methods fails to provide a generalized solution. The present disclosure estimates accurate depth information and confidence map of a given monocular image in an unsupervised manner. A depth Neural Network receives a monocular image and predicts per-pixel depth map and a confidence map. The depth NN utilizes a negative exponential of photometric loss as ground truth information. The predicted confidence-map is further used to estimate per-pixel uncertainty map. The pose NN predicts a plurality of pose vectors between a plurality of the consecutive monocular images. Finally, the Bayesian inference module is computes the fused depth information and the fused uncertainty map.

When it detects a low memory condition, the memory optimizer service can obtain process memory information for processes executing on the thin client and use the process memory information to calculate a trim amount to apply to the working set of processes with the highest amount of private bytes in their working sets. These trim amounts can be proportional to the amounts of private bytes and in sum can equal a total desired reduction in memory consumption.
