Abstract: A mechanical device includes a prime mover, and a number of rotating masses. Each mass is rotated simultaneously around centers of rotation in two or three planes that are at right angles to each other. The device includes one or more timing devices that are synchronized. The timing devices fix the relationship of the two simultaneous input rotations. In this device, internal energy creates an internal differential that is equalized by an external acceleration of the total mass, and internal energy is transferred to the exterior.
