  • Publication number: 20250173384
Abstract: Automated content recommendation is used in conferencing. In one embodiment, a system receives a list of content recommendation actions. The system receives a number of utterances associated with the participants in real time. For each utterance, the system determines whether a prediction of relatedness is present between the utterance and one or more trigger phrases associated with a content recommendation action. Upon determining that a prediction of relatedness is present, the system performs the associated content recommendation action by transmitting, to one or more client devices, one or more pieces of content to be recommended.

  • Patent number: 12242554
Abstract: Methods and systems provide for intelligent content recommendation within a communication session. In one embodiment, the system receives a list of content recommendation actions, each content recommendation action being associated with one or more trigger phrases constituting conditions for the content recommendation action to be performed, each trigger phrase being associated with a party the trigger phrase is to be uttered by. The system connects to a communication session with a plurality of participants, and receives a number of utterances associated with the participants in real time.

  • Publication number: 20240211995
Abstract: One example system event recommendation includes a processor and at least one memory device. The memory device includes instructions that are executable by the processor to cause the processor to receive a plurality of user features associated with a user, receive a plurality of event features, each of said event features associated with one or more events, and determine a predicted favorite score personalized for each user for each of the one or more events, the predicted favorite score based at least in part on the plurality of user features and the plurality of event features. The memory device also includes instructions that cause the processor to display at least one of the one or more events to the user based at least in part on the personalized predicted favorite score associated with each of the one or more events.

  • Patent number: 6438100
Abstract: A method and apparatus provides greater flexibility, scalability and manageability when multiple services are being supported by a Carrier Scale Internetworking (CSI) system by including processing that detects when connectivity to an Route Server Instance (RSI) host that is supporting an active RSI has failed and provides a replacement RSI host from a redundancy set. In additional, forwarders (i.e., core forwarder, edge forwarder, and/or default forwarder), upon detecting a change in the RSI host, connect to the new RSI host. RSI hosts in the redundancy set use a redundancy chain protocol to select the new RSI host to function as the active RSI. Note that an RSI host may be a virtual entity on a routing service control point (RSCP) that indicates that this RSI Host has the capability to become an active RSI, wherein an active RSI is an RSI Host that is running the RSI.
