Publication number: 20030084624Abstract: The present invention relates to the improvement on the assembly structure of door leaf with glass, and more particularly relates to the halving structure of two halving injected frames having the same structure with glass. The back-side circumferences of the halving injected frames with glass have a plurality of male tenons and female tenons which are disposed correspondingly each other top-to-bottom and left-to-right. By using the structures of male tenon and female tenon and the design of integrally surrounding reinforcing rib, the halving injected frame with glass has U-shape male tenon reinforcing rib and U-shape female tenon reinforcing rib so as to strengthen the strength of the having injected frame with glass; therefore, two halving injected frames (having the same structure) with glass joint each other by male tenons and female tenons to fix a multiple-layer glass, which is then held on a door leaf to quickly assemble a door leaf with glass without the need of joint members such as screws.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2001Publication date: May 8, 2003Inventor: Kuei Yung Wang Chen

Patent number: 6553735Abstract: An improved assembly structure of a door leaf with glass, with a halving structure of two halving injected frames having the same structure with glass, includes, at the reverse side of the halving injected frames with glass having a male tenon reinforcing rib with a plurality of female tenons mutually in symmetrical arrangement. That is, both are disposed correspondingly with each other top-to-bottom and left-to-right. Therefore, two identical halving injected frames (having the same structure) are capably halved each other by correspondingly relative male tenons inserted into relative female respectively. The structure is without need of joint members to quickly assemble a door leaf with glass when the two identical halving injected frames are held on a door leaf to further fix a multiple-layer glass therein. This saves assembling time and decreases cost.Type: GrantFiled: November 6, 2001Date of Patent: April 29, 2003Assignee: Nan Ya Plastics CorporationInventor: Kuei Yung Wang Chen

Patent number: 6530183Abstract: An adjustable door frame assembly. The door frame assembly is to be adapted to fit door openings of different sizes. The door frame assembly utilizes co-extrusion technic for the components, including PVC foamed plastics frames, a corner connecting metal piece, a U-shape reinforced metal piece and co-extruded soft strips. The corner connecting metal piece fixes two adjacent frames such as the left and the top to form a “ ” type frame, and then to be joined with the bottom threshold to complete this door frame assembly. The door frame assembly is height or width adjustable by cutting off parts of the side frames to change the dimensions of the door to fit the door openings for different sizes of various buildings.Type: GrantFiled: September 8, 2000Date of Patent: March 11, 2003Assignee: Nan Ya Plastics CorporationInventor: Wang Chen Kuei-Yung
