  • Publication number: 20110215690
Abstract: A hidden self-closing drawer slide assembly comprises a base, a pressure cylinder, a traction member and a spring. The traction member is movably received in the base. The traction member is provided with a guiding block. The base is formed with a slide groove, and one end of the slide groove is folded into a positioning portion. The guiding block guides the traction member to linearly moves in the slide groove, and slides through the slide groove and finally into the positioning portion, and the locking protrusion of the traction member will disengage from the concave locking portion of the pressure cylinder. The traction member will be pushed back by the spring to its original position, and the pressure cylinder provides a buffering effect to absorb the shock.

  • Publication number: 20110184651
Abstract: The present invention related to an electronic assay apparatus and a testing method thereof for increasing efficiency and saving power. The electronic assay apparatus for determining a result of an assay performed using a test strip comprises two light sources, one detector and a microprocessor. The two light sources respectively illuminate light incident upon a test zone or a control zone of a test strip. The only one detector disposed between the two light sources and detects light reflected from the test zone and the control zone alternately. The microprocessor compares a calculating result value to only one threshold for showing a result.

  • Publication number: 20110139634
Abstract: The present invention is related to an electrochemical biosensing test strip, biosensing meter, system and method for analyte measurement incorporating a hematocrit correction. The biosensor strip comprises a first and a second electrode sets respectively for detecting analyte concentration and hematocrit level. The first and second electrode sets are respectively corresponding to different reaction zones and a reaction reagent is only formed on the first electrode set corresponding reaction zone. Applying a first signal comprising a DC component and a second signal comprising an AC component that has a constant frequency respectively to the first and second electrode sets can respectively detect an uncorrected analyte concentration and hematocrit level. Therefore, the corrected analyte concentration is more accurate by incorporating the hematocrit correction.

  • Publication number: 20110139635
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrochemical biosensor strip comprising a base which has a front side and a back side, an electrode system on the front side of said base, a code-recognition element on one end of the back side of said base, a cover which is located on said electrode system, and a reaction area which is in touch with said electrode system for a reaction to take place. By forms of said code-recognition element provided in the present invention, a biosensing device will automatically choose a specific set of calibration code corresponding to a particular batch of the electrochemical biosensor strip while coupling to the strip. Hence, the present invention eliminates the calibration step carried out by users and simplifies the measuring procedure, avoiding the inaccurate results due to the omission or improper operation of the calibration step by users.

  • Publication number: 20110131921
Abstract: Using integrally formed stiles on skins of sheet molded plastics (thermosetting) employed to form the exterior surfaces of a synthetic door having sheets of reinforcing materials adhered to the inner surface of each of the skins, the skins can be connected through the integral stiles and slats of a fire proof materials can be affixed to these stiles and rails closing the top and bottom opening between the skins to increase the fire resistance of the resulting door when the core is filled with a phenolic foam. The structure described reduces the weight of the resulting door and places the fire resistant materials around the door edges which are the most susceptible to failure during a fire while structurally tying the slats together through the sheets of carbon fiber or fiberglass disposed on the inner surfaces of the skins whereby failure (disintegration) of the skins during a fire will not lead to a collapse of the door as with some prior art door structures.

  • Publication number: 20110061322
Abstract: A trimmable pigmented door product trimmed without coloration variations comprising two identical same pigmented compression molded skins (11, 12) by face to face assembled each other, each pigmented skin is composed by weight of 12% to 20% polyester resin, 6% to 13% styrene monomer, 3% to 6% polystyrene, 36% to 54% calcium carbonate and 16% to 28% chopped fiber glass to blend in different percentages with pigmented components selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, ferric oxide, organic green pigment, organic blue pigment and carbon black, so that a trimmable pigmented door product having different colors and trimmed without loss of the integrity of the skin can be obtained and particularly has the feature that if scratched and abraded the scratches and abrasions on the skin are not apparent.

  • Patent number: 7887956
Abstract: An air cathode having a multilayer structure is composed of at least one substrate, two diffusion layers and three activation layers. The two diffusion layers are laminated over an upper side of the substrate and a lower side of the substrate. The three activation layers are respectively laminated over one of the two diffusion layers in order. Different loadings or different kinds of catalysts are added into a slurry to form the activation layers, and the activation layers and the diffusion layers are made through simultaneous sintering, thereby shortening the processing time. When the air cathode is used as the cathode of the Zinc-Air battery, the electrolyte inside the Zinc-Air battery will not be influenced by the outside air, and the problem of maintaining the water content of the zinc anode of the Zinc-Air battery can be efficiently overcome.

  • Publication number: 20110005149
Abstract: Synthetic doors composed a rectangular frame with of skins of compression molded sheets secured to opposite sides of the frame and a core of foamed plastics with a window light therein are improved with a novel glazing cleat for securing a window light in an aperture in such a door that includes plate that rests against edges the skins about the aperture, the plate having an upright rim engaging a face of a window light and downwardly directed flanges which, with tangs on a retainer member having a upright tab engaging the opposite face the window light when nesting with the plate sandwiches the skins between the flanges and tangs to take advantage of the mechanical strength of the skins. Further if a fire resistant plate is married to internal face of each skin, the cleat will take advantage of the mechanical strength of such plates in supporting the window light in the case of fires, even if the outer or exterior skin or skins are turned to ash by a fire.

  • Publication number: 20100173206
Abstract: A packaging structure of a low-pressure molded fuel cell comprises a hot melt adhesive layer, which is formed through a low-pressure molding process using a hot melt adhesive that has specific material properties and will become molten when being heated. The molten hot melt adhesive is injected into the cell via injection holes formed on a housing or a mounting element to flow through a C-sectioned flow channel, so as to tightly enclose and bond to edges of the air cathode and separator for the cell. After the hot melt adhesive is solidified, a chemical-resistant hot melt adhesive layer with good sealing and enclosing ability as well as high adhesion strength and elasticity, being bubble removed at controlled pressure and the hot melt adhesive material is formed to firmly bond to the cell components and tightly seal the cell, so as to effectively prevent electrolyte in the cell from leaking.

  • Publication number: 20100164340
Abstract: A return device for a slide drawer employs an actuator to drive a slide block, when the drawer is pulled open, the slide block is moved into a positioning concave and positioned therein while stretching an elastic member. Or pushing the drawer back can make the slide block slide out of the positioning concave, meanwhile, the elastic member pulls the drawer back to its original position. Furthermore, since the angle between slide surface of the positioning concave of the positioning member and the track is acute, it is easy for the slide block to slide in and out, so that the drawer can be easily positioned and unlocked from the positioned state.
