Abstract: A method and an apparatus for displaying a network name are provided. By using a combined attach procedure or a combined tracking area update procedure, a user equipment UE registers with a long term evolution network and a first circuit switched domain network, and acquires a public land mobile network identity PLMN ID of the long term evolution network and a PLMN ID of the circuit switched domain network. The UE displays a first network name corresponding to a predetermined PLMN ID before a to-be-displayed second network name sent by a first network device on the long term evolution network is received. The predetermined PLMN ID is one of the PLMN ID of the long term evolution network and the PLMN ID of the circuit switched domain network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for processing charging information, wherein the method includes: a mobility management device acquires a PLMN identifier corresponding to a network name displayed by a user equipment; transmits the PLMN identifier corresponding to the network name displayed by the user equipment to a call detail record information generating device, so that user call detail record information generated by the call detail record information generating device includes the PLMN identifier corresponding to the network name displayed by the user equipment; therefore, a charging device can charge the user according to the network name displayed by the UE included in the user call detail record information generated by the call detail record information generating device, thereby ensuring accuracy of the charging the user, and enhancing user experience.

Abstract: A device discovery method includes: enabling, by a first device, a device-to-device monitoring and broadcasting function; after the first device detects broadcast information of a second device, reporting the broadcast information of the second device and a user identifier of a target user to a network side, requesting that the network side obtains, according to the broadcast information of the second device, an identifier of a user that logs in to the second device, and determines whether the identifier of the user that logs in to the second device is the user identifier of the target user; and receiving a result of the determining returned by the network side, and confirming, by the first device according to the result of the determining, whether a device to which the target user logs in falls within a preset distance from the first device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a system for device discovery. The method includes: acquiring, by a first device, a user identification of a target user, and acquiring, according to the user identification of the target user, broadcast information of a second device which the target user logs in; when broadcast information of another device is monitored through a D2D function, matching, by the first device, the monitored broadcast information with the broadcast information of the second device, and if the match is successful, determining, by the first device, that the second device and the first device are within a preset distance. According to the present invention, the accuracy of discovering a short distance user is improved and, thus, the problem in the prior art that the accuracy of discovering a user in a short distance cannot be guaranteed by using a cell ID is solved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a proximity information registration method, a query method, and a user equipment. The proximity information registration method includes: sending, by a first user equipment, a proximity service request to a proximity service server, where the proximity service request sent by the first user equipment carries an equipment identifier of the first user equipment; monitoring and obtaining, by the first user equipment, broadcast information of a second user equipment which is broadcast by the second user equipment; and registering the broadcast information of the second user equipment with the proximity service server, so that the proximity service server converts the broadcast information of the second user equipment into an equipment identifier of the second user equipment according to a correspondence between the equipment identifier of the second user equipment and the broadcast information of the second user equipment stored by the proximity service server.

The service control method for the machine type communications device may include: receiving, by an access-network network element, a service request message from a core-network network element, where the service request message carries device type indication information of a user equipment (UE), and the device type indication information of the UE is used to indicate whether the UE is a machine type communications device; determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE; and if a current load of the access-network network element exceeds a set threshold, determining, according to the device type of the UE, whether to execute a service operation corresponding to the service request message.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, a device, and a system for establishing a device-to-device connection and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes sending, by a first device in D2D communication, a D2D authentication request to an MME that serves the first device, so as to trigger the MME to authenticate the first device. The first device receives a D2D authentication response message transferred by the MME by using an eNB and enables, according to the D2D authentication response message, D2D monitoring and broadcasting functions. When the first device detects a second device in the D2D communication, the first device sends a connection establishment request message to the eNB, so as to trigger the eNB to establish a D2D communication link between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the communication field and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing priority services to overcome a problem in the prior art that priority services initiated from a network to a target user cannot be provided. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention include: determining a service to be carried out with a target user equipment as a priority service; and creating a priority service bearer for the priority service, and carrying out the priority service by using the priority service bearer. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable in an IMS-based communication system.

The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE.
