Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for controlling access of an application to a network, and a device. The method includes: acquiring application configuration information, where the application configuration information includes identification information of an application that is allowed to access a network or identification information of an application that is prohibited from accessing a network. The method also includes receiving access control information that is sent by an access network device, and determining, according to the application configuration information and the access control information, whether to allow an application of user equipment to access the network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a network troubleshooting method and device, which can determine a service recovery policy according to a power saving state of user equipment after a mobility management entity is faulty, and can reduce unnecessary consumption of network resources. A specific solution is: obtaining a power saving state of user equipment; and if it is detected that a mobility management entity MME managing the user equipment is faulty, selecting a service recovery policy for the user equipment according to the power saving state, where the service recovery policy includes: not initiating service recovery or initiating service recovery. The present invention is used to process a fault of an MME.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field and provide a bearer setup method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: receiving, by an MME, indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate a bearer type that is set up for UE; and setting up, by the MME, a bearer for the UE according to the indication information. By means of the method, indication information used to indicate a bearer type that is set up for UE is received, and different types of bearers are set up for the UE according to the indication information, so that an MME can adjust the bearer type in real time as required and set up different types of bearers for the UE, thereby efficiently transmitting sharply fluctuated data, and lowering loss of a network and the user equipment while improving user experience.

Abstract: A method includes initiating, by a base station, a local routing service start notification. The local routing service start notification is used for notifying a terminal apparatus that a local routing service is to be started. The method also includes receiving, by the base station apparatus, a local routing service request message sent by the terminal apparatus. The method further includes determining, according to the local routing service request message, that the terminal apparatus supports the local routing service. An IP address is assigned to the terminal apparatus, and a first assignment message is sent to the terminal apparatus. The first assignment message includes the IP address assigned to the terminal apparatus.

Abstract: A data communication method, a communication system, and related devices are configured to establish a transaction identifier (TI) in a user equipment (UE). The data communication method includes the following steps. A mobility management entity (MME) receives a request message and obtains ability information of the UE. If the UE has an ability to access a Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network/GSM/EDGE Radio Access Network (UTRAN/GERAN), the MME generates the TI. A communication system and related devices are also provided. Thus, the TI is effectively established in the UE, so as to ensure normal processing of the UE.

Abstract: A mobility management apparatus reselection method and a mobility management apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving an access request message sent from user equipment (UE), where the access request message carries identity information of the UE; determining, according to the identity information of the UE, a type of a mobility management apparatus that the UE needs to access; reselecting a second mobility management apparatus according to the type of the mobility management apparatus that the UE needs to access; and forwarding the access request message to the second mobility management apparatus, so that the second mobility management apparatus executes an access request procedure of the UE. The embodiments of the present invention is applicable to the field of communications technologies.

Abstract: A data transmission method provided in embodiments of the present application includes: determining, by a mobility management entity MME, that user equipment UE changes from an unreachable state to a reachable state; sending, by the MME, a request message to a serving gateway SGW; receiving, by the MME, downlink data sent by the SGW; and sending, by the MME, the downlink data to the UE. In this way, when the UE changes to a reachable state for downlink data, the MME requests the SGW to send the downlink data, and the MME then sends the downlink data to the UE, thereby avoiding loss of the downlink data caused by delivery of the downlink data to the UE that is in an unreachable state, and improving real-time accuracy of transmission.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention disclose a processing method for service allocation and a related apparatus. The method may include receiving service logic update information that is obtained after configuration update is performed on a functional entity in a network, searching for initial service logic information already stored at a local end, and generating a system service logic policy according to the service logic update information and the initial service logic information. The method may also include sending the system service logic policy to service entities in the network that execute service processing, where the system service logic policy is used to instruct the service entities in the network to execute service allocation on the functional entity in the network.

Abstract: Disclosed is a group trigger method, apparatus, and system. In embodiments of the present invention, the group trigger system includes: an interworking function (IWF) entity, configured to send a trigger delivery request to an entity that has a trigger function; and the entity that has a trigger function, configured to, after receiving the trigger delivery request sent by the IWF entity, return a trigger delivery acknowledgement message to the IWF entity, and delivers, according to the trigger delivery request, an acquired group trigger payload to a user equipment UE. The entity that has a group trigger function delivers the group trigger payload to the UE, so as to effectively implement group trigger, avoid point-to-point trigger, and save system resources.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a data processing method and device. A PCRF entity obtains subscription information of remote UE, and determines a QoS rule of relay UE according to the subscription information and service QoS of the remote UE, and the PCRF entity sends the QoS rule of the relay UE to a PGW, where the QoS rule is used by the PGW to modify or establish a bearer of the relay UE, and the bearer of the relay UE is used by the relay UE to forward data of the remote UE, thereby ensuring the service QoS of the remote UE.

Abstract: A data transmission method may include: receiving, by a core network node, a first packet from user equipment UE or an application server AS; translating the first packet according to non-Internet Protocol IP data transmission information, to obtain a second packet; and sending the second packet using a data transmission channel. The embodiments of the present application further provide a related data transmission device and system. In the embodiments of the present application, a scenario in which a sending party and a receiving party support different protocols is supported by means of packet translation. In addition, performing packet translation according to specific non-IP data transmission information may strengthen negotiation capabilities of the two parties, so that the solution has stronger operability and better practicality.

Abstract: An MME reselection method and an MME are provided, so that UE can use a correct MME in time to execute an access request procedure. The method includes: receiving an access request message sent by user equipment UE, where the access request message carries identity information of the UE (801); determining, according to the identity information of the UE, a type of an MME that the UE needs to access (802); reselecting a second MME according to the type of the MME that the UE needs to access (803); and forwarding the access request message to the second MME, so that the second MME executes an access request procedure of the UE (804). The method includes: detecting whether data transmitted in a received GTP-U data packet is data of a predetermined type; if a result of the detection is that data transmitted in the GTP-U data packet is data of a predetermined type, decapsulating the GTP-U data packet, to obtain the data of the predetermined type and a destination address of the data of the predetermined type; and sending the data of the predetermined type and the destination address to a message gateway, so that the message gateway forwards the data of the predetermined type according to the destination address. A gateway includes: a detection module, a decapsulation module, and a sending module. A message gateway includes: a receiving module and a forwarding module.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a resource allocation method, UE, and a base station. The method may be performed by UE and may include determining a first transfer priority of a first service, determining a corresponding first logical channel group according to the first transfer priority of the service, and sending to a base station a resource request message that carries a first logical channel group identifier indicating the first logical channel group. The base station determines a transfer priority of the UE according to the first logical channel group identifier carried in the resource request message, so as to allocate a resource to the UE.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a system for device discovery. The method includes: acquiring, by a first device, a user identification of a target user, and acquiring, according to the user identification of the target user, broadcast information of a second device which the target user logs in; when broadcast information of another device is monitored through a D2D function, matching, by the first device, the monitored broadcast information with the broadcast information of the second device, and if the match is successful, determining, by the first device, that the second device and the first device are within a preset distance. According to the present invention, the accuracy of discovering a short distance user is improved and, thus, the problem in the prior art that the accuracy of discovering a user in a short distance cannot be guaranteed by using a cell ID is solved.

Abstract: A group trigger method, apparatus, and system include an interworking function IWF entity, configured to send a trigger delivery request to an entity that has a trigger function; and the entity that has a trigger function, configured to, after receiving the trigger delivery request sent by the IWF entity, return a trigger delivery acknowledgement message to the IWF entity, and delivers, according to the trigger delivery request, an acquired group trigger payload to a user equipment UE. Abstract: A service control method for a machine type communications (MTC) device and a related apparatus, where the method includes receiving, by an access-network network element, a paging request message from a core-network network element, wherein the paging request message carries device type indication information of a paged user equipment (UE), determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE, and paging the UE using a dedicated paging resource allocated to an MTC device when the UE is the MTC device.
