    Abstract: A power supply device includes battery cells each having a rectangular external shape, a separator disposed between the battery cells, a pair of end plates that are disposed on respective ends of a battery assembly in which the separator and the battery cells are stacked, and a bind bar that binds the pair of end plates. The separator has insulating rib parts that protrude from both surfaces of the separator, and the insulating rib parts of the separator stacked on each surface of the battery cell are stacked on each other on a bottom surface of the battery cell. The insulating rib parts are stacked on each other on the bottom surface of the battery cell by inserting an insertion rib provided in one of the stacked insulating rib parts into an insertion groove provided in the other of the stacked insulating rib parts.

    Abstract: A power converter apparatus is provided to include a switching circuit, and a filter circuit. The switching circuit generates an AC voltage by switching a DC voltage at a predetermined switching frequency, and the filter circuit converts the AC voltage from the switching circuit into the DC voltage by low-pass filtering the AC voltage. The filter circuit includes first and second bypass capacitors, and an inductor. The first bypass capacitor bypasses noise of a first frequency component of the AC voltage from the switching circuit, and the second bypass capacitor bypasses noise of a second frequency component of the AC voltage from the switching circuit, which is lower than the first frequency component. The inductor is inserted between the first and second bypass capacitors, and the inductance thereof is set so that a resonance frequency of the filter circuit is lower than multiple times the switching frequency by insertion of the inductor.

The busbar is welded to the welding surface in a predetermined welding width (H) by both of a fillet weld part and a penetration welding portion such that the inner edge of the cut-away portion as the fillet weld part is welded to the welding surface, and the boundary between the busbar and the welding surface is welded by the penetration welding portion.
