  • Publication number: 20250245494
Abstract: Systems and techniques are described herein for quantizing a codebook used in the context of quantizing post-training parameters (e.g., vectors of weights) of a pre-trained model. For example, a device can perform rank reduction on a tensor of a codebook associated with parameters of a layer of a pre-trained machine learning model to generate a first tensor factor having a first shape and a second tensor factor having a second shape. The device can perform an optimization technique on the first tensor factor and the second tensor factor to minimize an output reconstruction error of the layer. The device can quantize the first tensor factor to generate a reduced size codebook.

  • Publication number: 20250245351
Abstract: The systems and methods disclosed herein receives artifacts generated using a first set of models within a multi-model superstructure. The multi-model superstructure includes a second set of models to test the first set of models. The multi-model superstructure dynamically routes the artifacts of the first set of models to one or more models of the second set of models by (i) determining a set of dimensions of the artifacts against which to evaluate the artifacts and (ii) identifying the models in the second set used to test the particular dimension. The second set of models then assesses each artifact against a set of assessment metrics. If an artifact fails to meet one or more assessment metrics, the second set of models generates actions to align the artifact with the set of assessment metrics.

  • Publication number: 20250247404
Abstract: A system uses an artificial intelligence (AI) engine to generate a response for end-user devices using services and to provide threat protection in a cloud-based network. The system consists of tenants, tunnels, the AI engine, and an AI reporter. A tenant includes the end-user devices. The tunnels transmit and segregate traffic between the end-user devices and the services. The AI engine intercepts traffic within tunnels, receives a request from a user, and applies functions to manage it. The AI engine monitors the request and generates the response. The AI engine determines patterns based on interactions of the user with services, processes the patterns, generates a baseline of user activity and change settings. The AI engine generates the response based on the settings and sends it to the user to fulfill the request. The AI reporter transmits information corresponding to the request and response across the tenants of the cloud-based network.
