    Abstract: A lens-free microscope for monitoring air quality includes a housing that contains a vacuum pump configured to draw air into an impaction nozzle. The impaction nozzle has an output located adjacent to an optically transparent substrate for collecting particles. One or more illumination sources are disposed in the housing and are configured to illuminate the collected particles on the optically transparent substrate. An image sensor is located adjacent to the optically transparent substrate, wherein the image sensor collects particle diffraction patterns or holographic images cast upon the image sensor. At least one processor is disposed in the housing and controls the vacuum pump and the one or more illumination sources. Image files are transferred to a separate computing device for image processing using machine learning to identify particles and perform data analysis to output particle images, particle size, particle density, and/or particle type data.

The slurry may be formed by mixing a first abrasive, a second abrasive, and a reactant with a solvent. The first abrasive may include a first particulate including titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles and the second abrasive may include a second particulate that is different from the first particulate. The slurry may be used in a CMP process for removing ruthenium (Ru) materials and dielectric materials from a surface of a workpiece resulting in better WiD loading and planarization of the surface for a flat profile.

In some examples, the energy response is based at least in part on an equivalent thermal parameter model and a control policy indicating one or more power states for the load.

    Abstract: In general, the subject matter can be embodied in methods, systems, and program products for identifying, by a computing system and using first and second frames of a video, a transformation that indicates movement of a camera with respect to the frames. The computing system generates a modified transformation so that the transformation is less representative of recent movement. The computing system uses the transformation and the modified transformation to generate a second transformation. The computing system identifies an anticipated distortion that would be present in a stabilized version of the second frame. The computing system determines an amount by which to reduce a stabilizing effect. The computing system applies the second transformation to the second frame to stabilize the second frame, where the stabilizing effect has been reduced based on the determined amount by which to reduce the stabilizing effect.
