A bearing bush 16 for the rotatable mounting of the connecting rod 7 is provided at least on one of the two heads 17. The head 15 is composed of an injection molding material. The bearing bush 16 is composed of a fiber composite material, which includes continuous carbon fibers 25 embedded in a thermoplastic matrix.

The message includes a first parameter indicating a first list of entries associated with time resource allocation for multiple PDSCHs, a second parameter indicating reception of multiple repetitions for a single PDSCH, and a third parameter indicating a second list of entries associated with time resource allocation. Each entry in the second list indicates a single time resource allocation. If the UE receives a Downlink Control Information (DCI) indicative of a first entry in the first list, the UE receives a plurality of PDSCHs based on a plurality of time resource allocations indicated by the first entry. A first repetition number for the plurality of PDSCHs is determined to be one.

By selecting different types of dielectric films and laminating the dielectric films in certain proportions, the metamaterial of the present application can obtain a dielectric film having a refractive index between the maximum and minimum refractive index in selected media, thereby achieving more flexible and controllable modulation of surface lattice resonance.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit die includes a FinFET transistor. The FinFET transistor includes an anti-punch through region below a channel region. Undesirable dopants are removed from the anti-punch through region during formation of the source and drain regions. When source and drain recesses are formed, a layer of dielectric material is deposited in the recesses. An annealing process is then performed. Undesirable dopants diffuse from the anti-punch through region into the layer of dielectric material during the annealing process. The layer of dielectric material is then removed. The source and drain regions are then formed by depositing semiconductor material in the recesses.
