Also provided are a CAR-T cell containing the CAR, and a duplex CAR and CAR T cells containing the J-derived scFv, and related uses thereof. In some embodiments, a network node may determine the current traffic load, select multiple access (MA) sequences for the UE based on the determination, and transmit this selection to the UE for subsequent transmissions. In other embodiments, the UE may receive a message with an indication of the traffic load being experienced by the base station that the UE is attempting to connect to, and then may randomly select an MA sequence for subsequent transmissions.

In a case that a short circuit fault occurs at a position on the direct-current side of the power conversion device, only a fuse unit at a stage preceding the position and a fuse unit at a stage following the position are broken, thereby avoiding a problem of a high maintenance cost in the conventional technology due to that all fuses are broken.
