Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to a hard and soft light module having a housing with a first surface that accommodates a lens. A first plurality of LEDs are disposed along a periphery of the first surface, the first plurality of LEDs are configured to generate light in a first direction toward an edge of the lens. A second plurality of LEDs are disposed proximate to the first surface, the second plurality of LEDs are configured to generate light in a second direction through the lens. The first plurality of LEDs are configured to generate a soft light and the second plurality of LEDs are configured to generate a hard light.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for channel state estimating and reporting schemes in wireless communication are described. In one aspect, a wireless communication method is provided to include transmitting, by a communication device, a channel state report message that includes at least one of a first field indicative of a value of a parameter or a second field that includes a deviation or a change rate of the parameter.

Abstract: The present invention provides an engineered immune cell targeting BCMA and use thereof. In particular, the present invention provides a CAR specifically targeting BCMA, the CAR comprising an antigen-binding domain which is an S-derived scFv, an antibody heavy chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 9 and an antibody light chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 10. The present invention also provides a CAR-T cell comprising the CAR, a double CAR- and CAR-T cell comprising the S-derived scFv, and related use thereof. Compared to CAR-T cells constructed using other scFvs, the constructed CAR-T cell of the present invention has a better killing effect and tumor elimination capability.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of mitigating (such as eliminating) interference in a serological assay caused by a therapeutic anti-CD47 antibody. Also provided are anti-idiotypic antibodies for use in such methods. Also provided are methods of transfusing donor blood to a subject who is under treatment with a therapeutic anti-CD47 antibody.

The designs are meant to maximize the amount of light generated, by the smallest assembly that is rugged to use in general outdoor activities and water sports. Abstract: An excimer bulb fixture including an excimer bulb emitting a beam of UV light at a far UV C wavelength. The fixture includes a krypton/chloride bulb, a band pass filter and a diffusion layer or lens. The krypton/chloride bulb is adapted to project a beam of far UV C light through the filter and then through the diffusion layer or lens. The band pass filter is adapted to block substantial UV radiation wavelengths longer than 234 nm. The diffusion layer or lens is adapted to widen the beam of far UV C light. A method far widening a beam of far UV C light includes the steps of projecting a beam of far UV C light produced by a krypton/chloride bulb through a band pass filter; blocking substantially UV C radiation longer than 234 nm; projecting the filtered beam through a diffusion filter or lens; and, widening the filtered beam.
